The attic flat with living gallery and sufficient storage space is also particularly suitable for longer stays.
The living gallery has a sofa bed for 2 persons and TV.
An additional guest room with its own bathroom and WC can be booked on request and subject to availability (approx.25cm²).
Spacious living-dining area with open kitchen and direct access to both balconies.
2 balconies with direct views of the Hohe Salve and the Brixental mountains.
Bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe, loft space (storage), luggage rack and TV.
Bathroom with bath/shower and WC.
Additional storage room in the entrance area, for waste separation, vacuum cleaner......

Our house is located in the district Weichsöllen of Hopfgarten and impresses with its wonderful, sunny location with a unique panoramic view of the Hohe Salve. The valley station of the mountain railways - for the entrance to the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental, as well as the mountain railways Wildschönau are only 5 minutes away by car.

Hopfgarten im Brixental is located on the sunny side of the Hohe Salve, the most beautiful panoramic mountain in Tyrol.

The Tyrolean market town of Hopfgarten with its traditional village centre, narrow, cobbled alleys and a magnificent, twin-towered baroque church, is one of the sunniest communities in the Kitzbühel Alps.

Where the imposing "Hohe Salve" towers over idyllic side valleys, quiet hiking and cycling trails lead into the varied Tyrolean fauna and flora in summer.
In winter: Fastest access to skiing fun, look forward to exciting skiing days in Austria's largest interconnected skiing area, the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental.

Feel-good vacation

From the very first moment, we felt comfortable in the lovingly furnished and exceptionally well-equipped house. The location is dreamy. I have never seen such a clean apartment. Beautiful holiday apartment in a great location
