The semi-detached house is located in a quiet area. Via a traffic-calmed street and a footpath, you can reach the beach directly after approx. 900 m. The centre of the village with various shopping facilities is in the immediate vicinity.
The property faces west. The property has a parking space and a bicycle garage with trolley. A barbecue is ready for you in the garden. The playground with swing at the house is also very nice.
The house itself has a dining and living area on the ground floor, a separate kitchen and a guest toilet with washing machine. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and sauna (one-time fee 5,-€). The house is equipped with W-LAN (the LTE internet speed depends on the network load) as well as a ventilation system and pollen filter, thus particularly suitable for allergy sufferers.
From the living room you can access the terrace, which faces west. Due to the quiet location and not too dense development, you can enjoy a quiet and romantic holiday.

Alles was man zum Urlaub braucht
Wir haben mit unserer Enkelin unseren Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht und waren alle sehr begeistert. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet, besonders die Sauna war bei den ersten kühlen Tagen des Jahres sehr angenehm. Alles was man zum Urlaub braucht.
Sehr ruhige Lage, die Betreuung und Auskünfte durch die Vermietung waren in jeder Lage gut und hilfreich.
Der Strand, die Promenade und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nach ein paar Gehminuten gut zu erreichen.
Alles wie es im Angebot beschrieben war. Die Ferienwohnung können wir mit guten Gewissen an alle die gern in Zingst ihren Urlaub verbringen möchten empfehlen! Von uns gibt es eine ausgezeichnete Bewertung.
Für uns steht fest - wir kommen wieder!
