Welcome to the holiday home "Strandperle"!
You live on approx. 95 m² over 2 floors in a quiet, leafy location (inner courtyard) and yet close to the beach and town centre of Zingst.
The semi-detached house has a very large light-flooded living/dining area with fireplace and adjoining fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (bathroom on the upper floor with WC/ground-level shower, bathroom on the ground floor with WC and ground-level shower) as well as a Klafs sauna, utility room with washing machine and drying rack.
In the comfortably furnished living area there is a Loewe flat-screen TV (55-inch UHD TV) with SAT connection (50 channels in HD) and integrated internet radio. In each of the bedrooms there is another Loewe flat-screen TV (40-inch).
The holiday home is equipped with a WLAN connection for our holiday guests, which is of course available free of charge.
Of course, children are very welcome in our house. The holiday home has a baby cot (travel cot) with additional mattress and protective cover. A blanket and pillow are also available. In the kitchen we have provided a high chair for babies as well as a high chair for toddlers. Children's cutlery and crockery is also available. A potty and an attachment for the toilet complete the offer.
On the 25 sqm south-facing terrace - equipped with garden furniture/parasol - you can let your soul dangle
2 parking spaces directly in front of the house for your car as well as a small shed round off the space on offer
In the shed we have provided a handcart and a barbecue for our holiday guests.

Perfekter Familienurlaub
Top-ausgestattetes, modernes, sauberes Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ruhig gelegen, Radverleih, Restaurants, Geschäfte in der Nähe. Strand gut per Fuß erreichbar. Nach dem Surfen kann man sich in der Sauna oder am Kamin aufwärmen. Wir haben mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern und einem Kleinkind eine super Woche verbracht und empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter. Es ist nicht billig aber jeden Cent für die schönste Zeit im Jahr wert.

great summer holiday at the Baltic Sea
We were able to spend 11 wonderful days in the holiday home and had a very good rest. There is nothing missing in the house - we arrived with three children and immediately felt at home
The house is very comfortably furnished - 2 flat screen TVs in the bedrooms/ fireplace/ sauna/ washing machine .... and much more.
We will be staying in the house again next year.
