Description

The 3-room holiday flat with upscale furnishings has two bedrooms furnished with double beds, nightstands and large wardrobes. The double beds are equipped with high-quality cold foam mattresses.
One bedroom is equipped with an LCD TV.

The kitchen-living room combination has a separate seating and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with the following appliances:
Electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave,
Fridge, freezer,
Coffee maker, kettle, toaster, radio.

In the living area there is an LCD TV and a Blue Ray player. As a guest of the holiday flat, Sky Entertainment is available to you free of charge

A high chair, a cot and a children's seating area are also available
All sockets are secured against being touched.

The bathroom is equipped with a large shower at ground level.
A hairdryer is in the bathroom cabinet.

A clothes horse is in the storage room.

All windows are equipped with fly screens and shutters. The shutters to the terrace can be closed electrically.

The flat has a parking space directly in front of the house. A 20sqm sunny terrace invites you to relax and barbecue. The terrace has a 10 sqm large, electric sun / rain awning. The garden furniture is of high quality. A lockable shed belongs to the flat. You can store your bicycles, rubber dinghies, etc. there.

Location and surroundings of object

The flat is located near the centre of the Baltic seaside resort of Zingst a. Darss and offers enough space for up to 4 people. It is about a 5-minute walk to the beach, the boulevard and the Zingster Kinderland. To the Bodden side it is about 15 minutes.
Warnemünde, on the old river, with its lighthouse and tea kettle, the Oceanographic Museum with the newly opened Ozeaneum in Stralsund, the Amber Museum and the Bodden-Therme in Ribnitz Damgarten with a 25 m sports pool, a wave pool, diving tower, slide and sauna paradise, as well as the Hanseatic city of Rostock with its overseas port, are all very worthwhile excursion destinations. Germany's largest farmers' market in Rövershagen invites you to stroll and have a drink. From Zingst, day trips can be made by bus to Swinemünde and Stettin or you can take the ferry from Rostock to Malmö, Copenhagen or Mön. Zingst is a holiday destination which, with its charming location between the Bodden and the sea, with its 18 km of white fine sandy beaches, with its unspoilt nature of the "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft" National Park, with the tranquil beauty of the Bodden waters and the eternally impressive image of the Blue Sea, offers you an unmistakable landscape and a wide range of possibilities for a relaxing family holiday.
You are in the middle of a well-developed network of cycling paths. A bicycle rental is located in the immediate vicinity.
Take walks and hikes through the national park. Discover the breathtaking natural landscape on foot.
In the village you will find all shopping facilities, post office, bank, pharmacy, doctor and numerous gastronomic establishments that offer something for every taste.

additional information about rental price:

The prices include electricity and water, plus visitor's tax.
You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them if required. The complete linen package costs 20 euros per person and includes bed linen, towels and a tea towel
The bed will then be made up for you, of course.
A deposit of 20% is requested at the time of booking.
Pets can be brought along by arrangement. Dogs cost 5€ extra per night.
The apartment is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 10:00 on the day of departure.

Cancellation terms:

Cancellation Fees / Withdrawal from Contract: - Cancellation up to the 61st day before occupancy begins: 50€. - Cancellation from the 60th to the 35th day before occupancy begins: 50% of the invoice. - Cancellation from the 34th day to the 4th day before occupancy begins: 80% of the invoice. - Cancellation from the 4th day up to the day of arrival: 100% of the invoice.

- In the event of cancellation from the day of arrival to the day of departure, the full invoice amount is due.

Baltic Sea holidays

Very nice holiday apartment not far from the Baltic Sea beach, very nice new furnishings, comfortable beds (unfortunately without adjustable slatted frame), in the second bedroom a very narrow passage at the foot end, everything is available in the kitchen - except perhaps a slightly larger frying pan. Overall, this apartment is very nicely and high-quality furnished. Highly recommended!

Very nice holiday apartment.

We felt very comfortable and can recommend this accommodation with a clear conscience. Lovingly furnished small apartment with everything you need, but enough space for 4 people. Beach and city center are close by.

Top accommodation

The apartment is very well designed and of high quality. The large terrace (west side) invites you to relax and unwind. The beach and town center are not far away. A bike shed is available.
Communication with the landlord is without problems, and the cleaning service is great. We have rarely found such a well-cleaned apartment recently.
Overall, absolutely recommendable accommodation.

Family holiday with dog

We (2 adults, 1 teenager and 1 dog) really liked the holiday flat "Feriendomizil am Strand". Everything is modern and chic. Nothing is missing. The insect screens and outside shutters on every window are worth their weight in gold!!! The terrace with a comfortable lounger, seating and the great sun protection awning invite you to spend some cosy hours. The only small drawback is the leather couch, which is "sticky" in hot temperatures, as there is only 1 woollen blanket to lay on. We would definitely recommend this great holiday flat and thank you for a relaxing and beautiful holiday week!

Great flat - but too small

The flat is very small. There is not much room to move around. In the living room/kitchen there is no possibility to store private things. This is only possible on the cout table, but it doesn't look very tidy. There is also a lack of storage space for daily necessities.

We are particularly critical if 4 people should arrive. There are 2 bedrooms, but they are small. The one on the left is so small that there is only a 30 cm gap between the bed and the wall, so adults or strong people would have a problem. Therefore, we consider the flat unsuitable for 4 people. The bathroom is big enough.
The terrace and the seating are good. The electric awning is perfect.
The flat is equipped with branded appliances and stands out from normal apartments in terms of furnishings. The angular bedposts, which pose a risk of injury, are to be criticised. You get bruises very quickly. The location to the beach is ideal. Another complaint is that there is no fly screen on the patio door. With the many mosquitoes on site, the lack of this door is a no-go.

Accommodation with "Carefree Package"

It is a very beautiful holiday apartment with extensive equipment and even more comprehensive than I have experienced so far. This allowed us, among other things, to spare ourselves the trouble of packing the egg cooker and the beach shelter in the car, and even a grill for a cozy evening was available. Very helpful was the foldable wagon that we had grown fond of for going to the beach, thus saving our shoulders. For bicycles and other items. The holiday apartment has its own shed for storing items. On the large terrace with its wide extendable awning, the day can be started with a good breakfast and comfortably ended in the evening with a glass of wine. 2 televisions also prevented any disputes over program selection, so everyone could be satisfied - Thank you for the wonderful holiday!

Very nice flat near the beach with good facilities

The flat is equipped with everything you need to have a carefree holiday. We immediately felt at home there. The furniture in the flat and the terrace furniture are in very good condition. On the terrace you can enjoy the evening sun after an active day. A small drawback of the ground floor flat is that the bedroom is right next to the staircase and the relatively loudly closing front door. Apart from that, it is wonderfully quiet (no street noise or the like) and even if you are a late riser, you are in good hands in the flat.
