The terrace is located on the south side of the house. Garden furniture and sun loungers, including a parasol, are available and stored in the adjoining garden and equipment shed.
On the ground floor of the house are the living room and kitchen, on the upper floor the entire sleeping area, in detail:

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home, located on the outskirts of Zingst, with Wi-Fi connection, has a controlled ventilation system and upscale exclusive furnishings. The house is close to the beach, approx. 300 m to the Baltic Sea, opposite the Zingsthof, in the immediate vicinity of the nature reserve. Zingst, the former seafarer and fishing village and at the same time a recognised seaside health resort, is nestled between the Bodden and the Baltic Sea. Zingst lies at the end of the Fischland Darß peninsula chain. There are kilometres of wide, fine-sand beaches. There are many exclusive shops in Zingst that invite you to stroll around. There are plenty of good restaurants throughout the village. There is a children's playground and an experimentarium for children with a children's restaurant. In the harbour you can sit and eat comfortably or take a boat trip with a sailing boat, a motor boat or an excursion steamer on the Bodden, all the way to the island of Hiddensee. By bike, you can make trips to the Darß primeval forest, the lighthouse in Prerow or the nature reserve in Pramort.

Nettes Haus
The house was found very clean. Apart from minor details, everything was present and in good condition. Unfortunately, the coziness in the garden was limited by the adjacent street. It is incomprehensible to us to drive so fast in a holiday area. The path to the beach is quite short but also very unpleasant to walk due to the cars that rush past without much consideration. The garden is not eye-catching and poorly maintained or even lovingly designed. Beach chair rental is not nearby. Also worth mentioning are the numerous mosquitoes that ruin sitting on the terrace, especially in the evening.

Sehr geehrter Gast,
das Ferienhaus liegt nicht an eine angrenzende Straße sondern in der Wohnanlage Kiek över.
Der Weg zum Strand geht nicht über die Landstraße, die nach Müggenburg führt, sondern an den Ferienhäusern 30a/b und 30 vorbei über einen Fußweg. -
Der Garten mit einer Terrasse für Möbel ist mit einer Hecke umgeben. In den trockenen Sommermonaten ist es leider nicht möglich, einen grünen Rasenteppich vorzuhalten.

Great house!
We were two people with a dog in June 2015 in the house Kiek Över 33. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. It is the second-to-last house before the beginning of the nature reserve. A stone's throw from the beach. The facilities are very good all around. Great bathroom on the upper floor. Bright open kitchen-living area. The garden is largely enclosed. Perfect for dogs. We were very impressed. Next vacation in the house already booked.
