Light-flooded, spacious rooms in a harmonious colour scheme and exclusive furnishings guarantee you a relaxing break from everyday life: granite floors, high-quality fitted kitchen, double washbasin made of natural stone, ground-level glass showers, wood-burning stove, WLAN and underfloor heating in the living/dining area, kitchen, hallway and bathroom on the 1st floor.
You will find at least one insect screen per room and on the patio door.

Our entire house, except for the top floor (laminates), is laid out with light granite. On the ground floor, you can enjoy the cosy warmth of the underfloor heating and the fireplace stove on cooler summer evenings and in the darker seasons - we provide firewood free of charge.
As the spacious living area is separated from the staircase by a wall, a quieter atmosphere is created throughout the house with opportunities for each person to retreat. In the living room, a comfortable sofa with blankets and cushions as well as two leather armchairs await you. At the large dining table (180x90 cm) you can comfortably eat with six people, play games, chat ...
The high-quality fitted kitchen is equipped with everything and leaves nothing to be desired! All work surfaces and the tiled backsplash are made of easy-care granite. Oven, large freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, egg boiler, coffee maker and dishwasher are a matter of course, crockery and cutlery for 12 people, tea glasses, high-quality pot set, various pans, blender, waffle iron, casseroles, soup cups, knife block etc.. From coffee pots to tea glasses, wine, champagne, schnapps and (wheat) beer glasses, there is a suitable vessel for every drink.
For your children we have extra dishes, cutlery, cups and two high chairs. In the garden house you will find another high chair for the garden.
Relax and unwind in a cosy feel-good atmosphere: The two bedrooms on the 1st floor offer you large wardrobes with plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe. One room with double bed (2x 90x200 cm): Separate high-quality mattresses and adjustable slatted frames, one mattress in firmness level 2, the other in firmness level 3. Two bedrooms (1st and 2nd floor) are each equipped with two box spring beds. The highest sleeping comfort awaits you! Quality summer and winter duvets (down) and additional 3-chamber pillows are available. For allergy sufferers we provide extra bedding without down. Bed linen and towels can be booked additionally. Each bedroom has an additional seat, a valet and a SAT-TV in each room.
For small children we provide two travel cots with extra thick mattress and hygiene pad. Please bring your own bed linen or sleeping bag. Changing mat, nappy pail and baby bath with seat are also available.
Each bedroom, including the gable room, can be closed by a door. Both bedrooms on the first floor can be completely darkened. In the gable room it is possible to darken the bedroom with opaque pleated blinds - this cosy room with a large window front offers you a view of the Baltic Sea!

Location and surroundings of object
Our family-friendly and comfortable semi-detached house is located in the Baltic Sea spa resort of Zingst. The house is located on a corner plot in an ensemble of five high-quality semi-detached houses on a small private road with no traffic (dead end).
The location is absolutely quiet. At night you will only hear the sea!
The terrace is south/west facing, enclosed with white plastic elements and gardened with many perennials. Especially in spring and autumn, you are protected there against the then often cool north and east winds.
From our holiday home it is only about 250m to the endless, white dream beach (sports, textile and nudist beach) gently sloping into the sea and to the surf school.
The pier and the Zingst promenade with its many shopping opportunities are a 15-minute walk away.
The nearest supermarket with bakery is already 500m away. The nearest bicycle rental is 300m away. Gastronomy for all tastes is available within walking distance.
Rostock and Stralsund (Meeresmuseum, Ozeanum, Hansedom fun pool) as well as Rügen can be reached quickly by car in one hour.

There are two travel cots for children up to 3 years of age with hygiene pads and an additional thick mattress, a washable changing mat, nappy bucket, baby bath with seat, play blanket, children's cutlery and crockery, stair guard, lots of games and books for young and old, building blocks, high chairs, a garden high chair, night light for the socket, a handcart, lots of sand toys, balls and beach loungers ..
Our house is also ideal for families with older children or couples. In addition to novels and cycling maps, you will find lots of information material about the holiday region as well as current events.
