Description

The FH has a pleasant room/well-being climate thanks to a controlled ventilation system. This results in hygienic indoor air conditions, even without window ventilation. The relative humidity is always within the comfort range, in summer as well as in winter.
The entire floor in the FH is fitted with solid oak floorboards to enhance the feeling of well-being.

Accommodation
approx. 105 m² max. 6 persons 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms.

On the ground floor there is a living/dining room with an adjoining kitchenette and a hallway. From there the guest has access to the bathroom, HWR and bedroom with 2 beds.
Upstairs there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom

On the south side, the house has a spacious terrace with weatherproof furniture. This gives you a relaxing place in the sun all day long. The view falls directly on the idyllic nature reserve "Vorpommerische Boddenlanfschaft.

The furnishings in all rooms and the kitchen are comfortable and of high quality.

The house is located in a cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Zingst, opposite the Zingsthof and in the immediate vicinity of the nature reserve. It borders directly on the national park "Vorpommerische Boddenlandschaft." The distance to the Baltic Sea is 250 - 300 m.

Location and surroundings of object

The house is located on the outskirts of Zingst in the middle of the spacious "Kiek över" residential complex. It is located off the main road, in a dead-end street, opposite the Zingsthof. The centre of the village can be reached in 6-8 minutes by bicycle. Zingst, the former seafaring and fishing village and at the same time a recognised seaside health resort, is nestled between the Bodden and the Baltic Sea. Zingst lies at the end of the Fischland Darß peninsula chain. There are kilometres of wide, fine-sand beaches. There are many exclusive shops in Zingst that invite you to stroll around. There are plenty of good restaurants throughout the village. There is a children's playground and an experimentarium for children with a children's restaurant. In the harbour you can sit and eat comfortably or take a boat trip with a sailing boat, a motor boat or an excursion steamer on the Bodden, all the way to the island of Hiddensee. Always gladly!

Location, condition, comfort, coziness, cleanliness,…. Everything as described! We (2 couples with 2 small dogs) felt very, very comfortable here from the first minute. There is simply nothing missing in this house. We have never had such great equipment in any vacation home. The peace and the proximity to the water are just wonderful.
A big thank you to the landlord and the caretaker service, Ms. Geist, who are always friendly and approachable. We will come back!

Highly recommended!

We stayed for a week in this great holiday home with our dog.
The whole house was comfortably furnished and equipped with all the essentials. Everything was very clean and tidy. The quiet location, with only a few minutes walk to the beach, was ideal. The contact with the landlady was also very helpful and friendly. We should also mention the uncomplicated arrival and departure.
We can only recommend the house and will gladly come again

Tolles modernes Ferienhaus

We had a great time with 2 small children and a dog. The house is modernly furnished, clean, and lacks nothing. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living kitchen, well-equipped utility room, shed. The responsible caretaker service was quick, friendly, and helpful with any concerns.

The location is great, close to the beach but still quiet. However, it's a bit of a walk to the town. Despite mosquitoes (and thanks to the numerous insect screens), we felt very comfortable.

Tolles Ferienhaus

We stayed in the house from 31. 8- 7. 9 . 2019. I have to say honestly that everything really worked out from arrival to departure. The location of the house, the size, cleanliness, equipment, and the price, flawless. We, and of course our dog, have never felt so incredibly comfortable in a holiday home before. It was like coming home after being out every day. Open the door, come in and feel comfortable. My heartfelt thanks to the landlords, who were open to all questions even before our arrival. Ask exactly

The house is really beautiful and well-equipped. It is also very quiet. However, from the house, you always look out onto another house. Those who love views into the distance or even on the water are in the wrong place.
On the website of "Ferienhausmiete," it states that the house is wheelchair accessible. That is not correct! I, as a wheelchair user, could only use the bathroom to a limited extent. I explained this to the landlady. - So: Ask for more information!

Der Bewertung widerspreche ich. Das FH ist gekennzeichnet als „Rollstuhl geeignet“ und nicht wie der Gast schreibt, Rollstuhl gerecht. Der Gast kennt sich offenbar gut mit Paragraphen für Behinderte aus. Dieses hat er mir gegenüber schon geschrieben.
In den vergangenen Jahren waren mehrfach Schwerbehinderte Gäste in unserem FH. Keine Reklamation!
