Description
On the upper floor of a thatched semi-detached house, the approx. 56 m² flat offers guests space on two levels.
On the lower level are the living area with balcony, a self-contained kitchen and the bathroom.
A staircase leads to the open bedroom in the attic. This cosy room is characterised by its two bat dormers. Bookworms will find a cosy spot here.
The holiday flat is equipped with central heating.
A parking space is available directly in front of the house. There is also a bicycle storage facility on the property.
To ensure that all guests feel comfortable, smoking and pets are not allowed.
Excursion tips: A sports beach with a surfing and kitesurfing school is about 1.5 km away. Children can do handicrafts, tinker, discover and learn at the Experimentarium in Zingst.
Outpatient therapies and wellness treatments can be booked at the spa centre.
Visit the Hanseatic city of Stralsund and the amber town of Ribnitz-Damgarten, the artists' colony of Ahrenshoop, the Baltic Sea resorts of Prerow and Wustrow or the fishing villages of Born and Wieck as well as the bird park of Marlow.
Sail on a Zesen boat on the Bodden or take a boat trip to the island of Hiddensee or the Vineta town of Barth, past the bird sanctuary islands of Kirr and Oie.
Worth seeing: the migration of the cranes in spring and especially in autumn is an incomparable experience.
From special observation stands and on guided observation tours (from the water) you can watch thousands of cranes
cranes, which stop over on the Zingst peninsula on their way to and from the south.

The Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula has one of the most beautiful and varied coastal landscapes in the Baltic Sea region.
The village of Zingst has a privileged location between the Bodden waters and the Baltic Sea. Nestled in a particularly beautiful natural area, the town's charm comes from its small-scale architecture and its cosy pedestrian zone with numerous shops and good restaurants.
Away from the hustle and bustle, in an absolutely quiet location, the small holiday settlement 'Achtern Diek' is situated outside the village about 3.5 km east of the centre of Zingst on a site overgrown with old pine trees directly at the Osterwald nature reserve. The fine sandy beach is less than 100 m away as the crow flies.
From here you can take long walks on the beach or explore nature by bike.
Bicycle rental and bread service are nearby.

cosy flat directly by the sea
A very quietly located flat, which offers great recreational value due to its proximity to the beach, the beautiful southwest balcony and its great and stylish furnishings, and in which we felt very comfortable right from the start. A mosquito screen on the balcony door would certainly be a useful addition.
Beach walks and easily navigable cycle paths in the beautiful surroundings invite you to an active holiday. We also enjoyed the great sunsets very much.
We will definitely be back!

Erholsame Urlaubszeit in Corona-Zeiten
Gemütliche, ruhige, kuschelige Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man im Urlaub braucht: Bequeme Betten, schöne Ausstattung, Mückenschutz vor den Fenstern, ein sonniger Balkon in Süd-West-Lage, Wahnsinnsstrand in direkter Nähe, sauber, feinsandig und ohne die oft an der Ostsee üblichen muffigen Algenansammlungen und mit Zingst einen quirligen, aber stilvollen Ort zum Bummeln und Speisen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Danke an Frau Kaulfürst für einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub.

Gemütliche Wohnung in Strandnähe
Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen und hat einen tollen Balkon in Süd-West-Lage. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnungsanlage in direkter Nähe zum Strand.

Idyllic holiday flat directly by the sea
Super cute little flat, located just outside the centre of the village. Ideal for cycling around Zingst and the surrounding area with a bike hire shop right next door. The flat is very well laid out and ideal for 2 people. The equipment is more than sufficient, only a W-Lan connection would be quite good, since the mobile phone network on Zingst is rather poor. But for one week it is quite acceptable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend the flat to others.

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Wir konnten dort eine tolle Zeit verbringen.
Ruhige Lage, strandnah und herrlich sonniger Balkon, den wir besonders zum Abendessen genossen haben. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal da.

Wie zu Hause grfühlt
Wir haben eine gemütliche und sehr gepflegte Urlaubsbleibe vorgefunden und uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Alles ist mit Liebe eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir sind von der Lage der Ferienwohnung begeistert.
Wer Entspannung sucht, findet sie hier. Nicht einmal die Rehe, die aus dem angrenzenden Wald in die gepflegte Anlage hin und wieder zum Frühstück kommen, lassen sich aus der Ruhe bringen. Der tolle Strand ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Auf den gut ausgebauten Radwegen kann man ausgedehnte Radtouren unternehmen und die schöne Umgebung erkunden. Der Ort Zingst selbst bietet eine Vielzahl von Freizeitmöglichkeiten, so dass für Jung und Alt immer etwas dabei ist.
Wir möchten uns für dieses schöne Urlaubsquartier recht herzlich bedanken und werden garantiert wieder kommen.

Strandgut - alles gut
Eine Woche Urlaub - leider viel zu kurz... um alles richtig genießen zu können! Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung sowie die Lage dieser gemütlichen Ferienwohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wer Erholung und Ruhe sucht ist hier absolut richtig. Zum Strand sind es etwa 3 Minuten zu Fuß - einfach toll! Bei guter Sicht kann man vom Strand aus die Insel Hiddensee sehen. Schön ist, dass der Strandabschnitt auch bei bestem Wetter nicht so überlaufen ist, wie im Ortskern von Zingst. Durch die gut ausgebauten Radwege bietet sich ein Aktivurlaub auch für "Nichtprofiradler" an, da höchstens mit Gegenwind, aber keinen Bergen zu rechnen ist. Sollte das Wetter es nicht so gut meinen, kann man auch mal schön in dieser kuschligen Wohnung faulenzen.
