Villa Bina is a new charming and romantic villa on the eastern side of the Istrian peninsula. It is built with much sign and love. Surrounded by green nature and Mediterranean growth, offering complete privacy for your comfort and relaxation.
The private pool is for your use, where you can enjoy sunbathing, the summer nights with a night swim, or a glass of wine next to the water.
The interior is air conditioned, and filled with nice details that give the house a special touch. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is plenty of living and dining room space.
The rooms have a view of the nature, which gives peace and relaxation. You can also enjoy a whirlpool in the bathroom.
The nearest beach is just a few minutes drive away, good restaurants are everywhere in the area, and the shops are nearby.
Two bicycles are available for you at the villa.

Trget is a small fishing village a stone's throw from the sea.
Southern part of Istria - It is located in the eastern. There you can enjoy in the Mediterranean landscape, olive trees, delicious wines and delicious cuisine.
The sea on the east coast of Istria is the most brilliant sea in the Adriatic, where you will find the romantic beach walks, friendly pebble beaches and friendly people.
Romantic Istrian cities like Rabac and Labin are just a short drive away where you can visit some of the many events, concerts and gastronomy fairs.
Pula and the amphitheater, Brioni Islands, Motovun, Rovinj are all within an hour's drive, which makes it perfect for exploring the beauty of Istria.

In the case you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see whether the reservation is possible to be postponed to a different period in 2021 or 2022. The down payment used for this reservation would be used in the new reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your holidays.
