Villa Ana is a two-bedroom holiday home, on a hill, only 3 km from the sea. In filled with olive trees, grapes and fruits large private garden (8000 m2) there is a private pool. Everything you need to enjoy in the warm summer sun and relaxing days is in a few steps: Entrance, pavilion by the pool, charcoal grill and deck chairs around the pool.

There are two bedrooms with new comfortable beds. The bedroom windows overlooking the peaceful nature. The living room and dining room are spacious and well equipped.

The garden and playground for children are safe.
Warm summer evenings are perfect for a romantic atmosphere with a glass of good wine, in the company of crickets and the scent of Mediterranean herbs.

Location and surroundings of object

A quiet little village Brgod lies on the eastern Istrian coast, only km from the sea. It is located in an area without noise, traffic or crowded cities. A small fishing village Trget is only a few minutes away, and with a restaurant and small shops in the location, offers you everything you might need. Beautiful beaches, crystal clear sea, cycle paths, spectacular sea views, landscapes to the islands and the bay of Kvarner are the characteristics of the region.

The nearest major city, at 15 minutes drive, is Labin. There are many good restaurants in Labin, romantic winding alleys ideal for evening walks. The view from Labin to the islands, the sea and the beaches in Rabac is wonderful. Labin is also filled with interesting history. Below the city is an underground museum of an old coal mine with a large network of underground tunnels.

A little below Labin is a small town Rabac, with long pebble beaches and promenade.
