Villa Licul is a charming and private 3 bedroom villa with private pool, 3 km from the beach.
The house is surrounded by a large garden (3000 m2) with old trees and traditional olives.
Just a few steps from the house, there is a refreshing swimming pool, with a private shower.
The garden also has a barbecue, private parking, and delicious grapes, you can taste.
A dining table is perfectly placed in the shade of a century-old tree, where you can enjoy your dinner in peace and under a dark starry sky.
The property is completely surrounded by green nature.
The rooms are nicely decorated with views of nature. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, coffee ...).
Comfortable sofas, a new LCD TV and an indoor fireplace in the living room, with direct access to the garden.
All rooms are located on the ground floor and that makes everything easily accessible.
A tasting room is in the neighborhood. At Villa Nearby there is a market (3 km), a bar and a restaurant (both 3 km).
Villa Licul is a great starting point for visiting the beautiful beaches, for trips around Istria, to visit the wine roads, olive groves and medieval towns.
During the summer there are more than 1800 different tourist manifestations on the Istrian peninsula, where you can enjoy.

Location and surroundings of object
This small, quiet village Brgod located on the eastern coast of Istria, 3 km from the sea, and beautiful brilliant beaches. The area has pebble beaches, sandy beaches and small private coves.
The environment is very quiet, away from large tourist track, with very little traffic. The location is easily accessible, and the drive through Istria will be stunning.
Small and romantic fishing town of Trget is only 3 km away.
Market, a restaurant and a shop with all the foods that are need in Trget.
The nearest supermarket is in Labin, a few minutes drive away. In Labin, you will also find a gas station, ATM, pharmacy and many fine restaurants.
Near Labin there is a small beach town Rabac, with beautiful views of the sea and islands, street performers, great boating and great restaurants.
Marked hiking and biking trails with amazing views of the sea, the islands, the Kvarner Bay, are the characteristics of the area.
In about 30 minutes drive, you can easily reach other parts of Istria.
The inner Istria - Groz njan, Motovun - The ancient medieval towns in the interior parts of Istria. You have a special spirit, with its narrow alleys, stairs, old buildings, and of course the stunning landscapes.
In Pula, you can visit many concerts, a film festival, exploring the ancient Roman architecture and one of the largest arenas in the region.

Relaxed family vacation
We were very satisfied with the house and can recommend it if you want to spend a relaxed, quiet vacation. The facility is very well-maintained, and relaxing in the shade of the olive trees is wonderful. However, sitting outside in the evening was not possible due to the many mosquitoes. A few more plates and cutlery would be desirable.

Beautiful family vacation
The house was very beautiful, the pool was always well-maintained and the highlight. The garden and the terrace under the vines were fantastic. There could be more dishes in the kitchen. But it was enough for us five. One should equip well against the mosquitoes; we had a large net with us. That was very practical for the children at night.

Holidays in tranquillity.
Very kind Doriano welcomed us on our arrival and made sure we lacked nothing.
The kitchenware is a bit basic and not very suitable for an Italian who loves to cook, but the necessary was there.
We spent a very pleasant week in this little house surrounded by greenery, peace and quiet. We relaxed in the shade of the trees in front of the pool, strolled along the paths surrounded by the Mediterranean and reached the sea, discovering it as we descended, among the glimpses of the trees (a small 40' trek).
Shame to return to normal life, a week passed too quickly.

If you are looking for peace and relaxation on your holiday, this is the place for you. Absolutely suitable for families, also with pets. Large property with pool. Places to eat and shop are also not far away. The landlord is very friendly and helpful. There was nothing he did not do immediately. He was always available with help and advice. All around, including the beautiful weather, a successful holiday
