Great holiday apartment for the whole family

We were with the family (3 adults + 2 children) for a short vacation in the beautiful holiday apartment. We really enjoyed the time exploring Cologne. The landlords of the apartment were very friendly, and we had some conversations. You have everything you need in terms of amenities, and the overall cleanliness was great! There is also a seating area in the garden available with a grill if you want – but we didn't have enough time for that. The location is also wonderful - Brühl is a beautiful quiet small town. You can reach "Phantasialand" in 30 minutes, and you can get to Cologne directly in just under an hour using public transport, where you can even reach all the important places without changing (e.g.: Cologne Cathedral, Cologne Central Station, Cologne Rhine waterfront, Cologne Zoo).

We had very nice vacation days and would visit the holiday apartment again and recommend it further!

The location of the holiday home is fantastic; when sitting on the terrace, you look out onto a spacious private garden with magnificent tree giants (in the afternoon, you sit in pleasant shade during heat) and stepping out of the front door, the water castle lies opposite. Walks in the immediate vicinity through forest and field (e.g., to the restaurant or Gut Hüllhorst) are inviting. The charming half-timbered house is high-quality, tastefully, and lovingly furnished. The views from the windows into the greenery are soothing. A clear recommendation!

Everything is perfect all around!

We had a wonderful time at this accommodation. The house is clean, bright, and cozy – perfectly furnished with thoughtful amenities ranging from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and fast Wi-Fi. We especially liked the well-maintained, large garden and the quiet location amidst a great view.

The amenities truly left nothing to be desired: modern appliances, ample storage space, and everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location is great — close to many wonderful excursion destinations, good connections, and yet quiet, so one could sleep peacefully.

The landlady was extremely warm and helpful. Quick responses, helpful tips about the area, and a personal touch made the stay thoroughly enjoyable. We would love to come back and wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.
