Description
The holiday home in Rosbachtal offers a lot of comfort and a great outdoor wellness oasis. A wood-heated outdoor sauna barrel for crackling feel-good warmth, large enough for 6 people
A large wood-heated hot tube for 6 people, for pure relaxation in warm water. Furthermore, an outdoor shower for refreshment after the sauna.
There are 3 parking spaces, as well as a lockable garage for bicycles or motorbikes. The house is ideal for 2 families
The house from top to bottom. In the attic there are two bedrooms. One with a double bed 180 x 200 cm, the second with two single beds 90 x 200 cm.
First floor, one bedroom large, with a view of the Rosbach and a 160 x 200cm bed.
Balcony for a quick cigarette or a cosy breakfast.
The great living room with 65 inch TV, open kitchen and cosy dining area. As well as the bathroom with bathtub and washbasin. There is a separate entrance to the 1st floor. Toilet with washbasin .
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed 200 x 200 cm.
1 WC with washbasin.
Hallway and the storage room with laundry room, with washing machine and dryer.
As well as the best, a party room with a huge corner bench for up to 10 people. a 60 inch TV for nice football evenings.
A double party sink with 2 large fridges and, if desired, a barrel beer cooler/tap for a successful party. Simply great for cosy get-togethers.
1 shower with WC and washbasin
Entrance hall for parking. The garden is fenced 120 cm wire mesh. We welcome dogs of all breeds and numbers.
We have put a lot of love and sweat into the renovation so that the holiday home becomes something special. On all our journeys we always had the same rooms: beds worn out, sofas small and worn out, mini TVs where you couldn't see anything. As well as kitchen equipment where it was impossible to cook something good. Therefore, we try to do better in our country house.

Location and surroundings of object
This charming holiday home is located in the Rosbach Valley nature reserve, directly on the Rosbach. Wonderful cycling and hiking trails in unique nature. The well-known Siegsteig hiking trail runs just a few metres away. There is a lot on offer, the nature, the hospitality and great pubs in a beautiful place invite you to stay. The Sieg is only a few metres away and invites you to go fishing, swimming and boating. In the neighbouring village you will find the Sieg waterfall, as well as a pond where you can go pedal boating. Castle ruins, culture and sports are all on your doorstep.

The property is fenced and dogs are welcome guests. The house is situated in a small village with only 2 other houses, rugig in nature conservation area Rosbachtal. Nevertheless you are in only 1000 meters in the centre with restaurants, culture and shops.

Beautiful holiday home
We had a very relaxing holiday in this beautiful holiday home.
The house is very lovingly furnished and very clean
The furnishings are top notch, we didn't want for anything
The garden with pool, sauna and hot tube is simply a dream
Mrs Doll is a very kind and helpful landlady. We will definitely be back ?

Dear Doll family! :-)
We were allowed to spend a week in your beautiful holiday home and enjoyed our stay very much. We wanted for nothing at all. The house is a real hit and fulfils all wishes to enjoy a really relaxing holiday. The furnishings are perfect! Everything you need is there. The garden with pool, hot tube, sauna, terrace and the additional covered terrace invite you to relax and you can chill out and enjoy everything. Our dogs also felt very comfortable. The garden is fenced in, so you don't have to worry about any "escape attempts" by your four-legged friends. Even dog bowls, toys, dog beds, dog towels etc. are available
All in all, it was a really, really great holiday!
Our excursions to the Windecker Ländchen were also wonderful. You can do an incredible amount and enjoy nature. Simply wonderful! We would love to come back! :-)

Beautiful wellness holiday home
We found it very good. The house is very clean. Well and lovingly furnished. We used the sauna and whirlpool extensively. The surroundings were beautiful. At night you could hear the brook rushing in bed. It was nice to chill out and come back again.
