The flat is modern, bright and friendly with a smooth transition, approx. 60 sqm in size
A living room with open kitchen, a bedroom with a second TV and a bathroom.
If required, I can also provide you with an extra bed.
Central heating ensures pleasant temperatures.
The kitchen offers everything you need for a self-catering holiday, including a dishwasher and microwave.
In the garden there is of course also a barbecue at your disposal in the context of a pleasant privacy.

Location and surroundings of object
Uess is a small village with 21 houses and a playground, surrounded by meadows, cornfields and woods.
The centre of the village is our beautiful old church with a tower that is over 1000 years old and was built by the Romans.
Uess is situated between Kelberg/ Kreis Daun and Ulmen/ Kreis Cochem in the volcanic Eifel.
It is close to the maars and the bird sanctuary at the Jungfernweiher.
In the neighbouring village is a dry maar (moor), which is now a nature reserve.
But attractions such as the Nürburgring, game and leisure parks are also nearby.
Trips to the waterfall at Nohn, the geyser in Wallenborn and the numerous castles are worth a visit.

Rest and relaxation
The apartment is equipped with everything you need. It is lovingly and comfortably furnished. In the bedroom there is a second TV, what a service. We were welcomed with a lovely welcome gift. Mrs. Jax is a very warm and attentive hostess. A large garden and a great conservatory round off the whole thing. Hiking trails start directly from the house and are easy to walk. The peace is simply wonderful. We and our dog felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

Holiday from September 30th to October 7th, 2023.

Perfect holiday to escape the stress of everyday life
We can recommend this holiday home to everyone who is looking for peace and quiet and likes to be in nature. The flat is very clean, beautifully furnished with attention to detail, and even dogs will find a dream island here especially for them. Everything you need is available and if something is missing, the nice and pet-loving landlady is happy to help. The winter garden was fantastic even in April and our dog loved to lie there. Dogs can really let off steam during walks and you can discover many beautiful places yourself.
We had a very good rest and would be happy if we could book again.

Perfect short holiday in the Volcanic Eifel
We felt very comfortable. The flat is very clean, lovingly decorated and lacks nothing. The hostess is very friendly, helpful and kind to animals. We can highly recommend the flat and would love to come again.

Great holiday flat and a great host!!!
A really great holiday flat, furnished with great attention to detail ♡ where you want for nothing!
Even for the dogs, everything was thought of and they were so ♡-welcomed! Thank you for that!!! That's not always the case..
The garden is just as beautiful, with its various seating options, you can really unwind there :0)
Unfortunately it was too wet for us to use it, but we will definitely come back next year!
There are still a few dream paths that would like to be explored ;0)

Sehr schöne und außergewöhnlich saubere Wohnung!
Wir waren als Familie mit Kleinkind (1 Jahr), bei Frau Jax. Die Wohnung ist super sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und begrüßt. Alles ist bis ins Detail liebevoll hergerichtet. Viele schöne Ziele in der Umgebung. Sogar ein Reisebettchen und einen Hochstuhl hat man uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir hatten schöne Tage ?

Topp Unterkunft
Brauchten kurzfristig eine Unterkunft mit Hund in der Eifel. Fanden dann diese topp eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, wo an alles gesacht worden ist. Sehr liebevoll eingerictet und sehr sauber. Der Wintergarten und der Garten waren für mich als Naturliebhaber das absolute Highlight. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wunderschöne Wanderwege direkt vor der Haustür. In 15 Minuten ist man in Daun (wenn man mal z. B. mal Essen gehen möchte). Die freundliche Begrüßung und die liebevolle Betreuung durch die Vermieterin machten den Kurzurlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Wir drei haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Wintergarten
Diese FeWo in der Eifel lässt keine Wünsche offen. Liebevoll eingerichtet, top ausgestattet und sehr sauber, dass sind die "4 Wände " zum Wohlfühlen und entspannen. Der Wintergarten und der Garten war auch für unseren Hund ein Highlight.
Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, aber auch Rad-und Wanderttouren durch eine herrliche Landschaft machen will, ist hier richtig.
Wir verbrachten hier eine echt schöne Zeit.
