We offer you the highest comfort and guarantee a feel-good atmosphere.
F***** Casa Maria has been awarded 5 out of 5 stars for holiday homes by the German Tourism Association (DTV).
At Casa Maria, you will find a large wellness area with sauna and whirlpool, as well as a heated swimming pool* for your exclusive use. There are two living areas in the holiday house. One is cozily furnished and features an open fireplace.
The second impresses with its spacious open living/kitchen/dining area. This is ideally suited for larger groups and offers access to the large balcony with a view of the valley and the pool. The balcony provides seating and tables for up to 8 people. Both areas invite you to relax comfortably; each living area has a sofa set and a television.
The wellness area offers a large Jacuzzi (2m x 2m) and a sauna for approximately 4-6 people. From here, you can go outside to the garden to cool down after your sauna session or to sunbathe on the sun terrace by the outdoor pool. Bathrobes, sauna towels, as well as shower and hand towels, are provided by us. The outdoor pool is heated during operating hours (at least May to October) and can be securely closed off from children with an easily movable cover. It is located on the south side of the holiday house and is shielded from prying eyes by hedges.
You can safely enter the pool via a fixed staircase. The water depth is 130 cm and the pool measures 6 m x 3 m. The counter-current system also allows for athletic swimming. can be used as a massage jet.
The terrace next to the pool is designed as an open winter garden: that is, it is roofed and also protects against unpleasant drafts, so that sunbathing is pleasant and undisturbed. Here you will also find a cozy outdoor seating area for use until late in the evening.
The house is equipped with a 4-burner glass-ceramic stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, several refrigerators, freezer chest, dishes and cutlery (approx. 20 place settings - designed for 8+ people) and useful kitchen helpers (toaster, can opener, corkscrew, etc. . . ). A fully automatic coffee machine (beans) and a filter coffee maker complete the furnishings.
A small library, game consoles, and internet access (Wi-Fi) are available for your free use. In the garden, choose your favorite spot: relax on the covered terrace by the pool, set up the easel in front of the apple tree and paint your next masterpiece, rally a few balls at the ping-pong table, grill delicious dishes on the charcoal swing grill in the middle of the rose garden, or bake stick bread over the campfire in the fire bowl. Enjoy the magnificent landscape while hiking, Nordic walking, or with the house bicycles, which you can use free of charge.
Once you have identified all the constellations of the nightly Nallinger sky—which is truly impressive, as there is hardly any light pollution—you can reflect on your day's experiences in the cozy bedrooms (3 double beds, 2 single beds, 1 crib). Casa Maria is located in the small village of Nallingen, in the municipality of Nümbrecht (health resort with a therapeutic climate).
From here, you can join the popular "Half-Timbered Route" by bike and enjoy the beautiful views of Homburg Castle.
In the surrounding area you will find several golf courses, swimming pools, an ice rink, tennis facilities, the famous dripstone cave, and much more. * Operation/heating of the outdoor swimming pool depends on weather conditions; heating is guaranteed from May until the end of October.

Included in the rental price is a welcome package with a basic supply of firewood for the fireplace, coal for the barbecue, a bottle of sparkling wine and 2 bottles of water.

Depending on the season, you can help yourself to the numerous fruit trees and bushes, eggs from free-range chickens, homemade beekeeper's honey or freshly squeezed apple juice are also available in the direct vicinity.
Do you like trout and would you like to fish for it yourself? Then we can offer you an arrangement at a private pond in the immediate vicinity of Casa Maria by arrangement on site.
Unfortunately, smoking is not permitted in Casa Maria. However, you may enjoy your tobacco in the associated garden house with seating area and outside.

Best holiday
This is our second time here and definitely not our last. Better than described. And the service is great. Very nice. Very clean. Very well kept. I don't want to leave here. Really a top holiday. Thank you for the quiet and relaxing days here.

Dream house that leaves nothing to be desired
Never and nowhere have we been offered so much comfort and feel-good atmosphere at our holiday destination as during our recent holiday stay at the idyllically situated Casa Maria in Nallingen (and just 120 km away from our own home). You simply don't need anything more than this spacious house with its magnificent garden, ingenious pool, chill lounge, roof terrace with far and wild views and all the wellness equipment that is available without restriction for a completely fulfilled holiday dream.
Special thanks go to the owner family Henning, who are always ready with their hearts and hands with unsurpassable hospitality, practical immediate help and good gifts from the garden and chicken coop. Chapeau and a huge thank you for an unforgettable family holiday!

Simply great.
We stayed in Casa Maria last year in June and then again in October 2020, and this July 2021 we will be staying in the holiday home again for 2 weeks! With the children and the great pool, it's just a great combination. We have already booked again for the autumn holidays! In Casa Maria and the surrounding area, we simply have a great, eventful holiday. The wellness area with whirlpool and sauna is just great. The house is super equipped with everything you need. The Henning family is super nice and helps immediately if something is missing or needed. They even provide firewood and sticks if you plan to make baked bread. There is also a bottle of sparkling wine as a welcome! Absolutely recommendable.

For us, it was a wonderfully beautiful time. Unfortunately only a few days, but we will definitely come back. The house was indescribably beautiful and very, very clean. We loved and used the outdoor pool very often. The landlords were very accommodating, incredibly loving, and simply charming. There should be more of this. We say thank you for the wonderful time and hope to see you again. We can recommend this house with a clear conscience.
