Hospitality that comes from the heart!

We had an absolutely perfect stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful holiday home!

The house was exceptionally clean and well-maintained upon our arrival. You could immediately tell how much love and care went into preparing everything. Nothing was missing.

A special mention goes to the landlord Maria. She was incredibly warm, helpful, and always available. With her valuable tips for excursions, beaches, and restaurants, she made our vacation even more beautiful. We were especially touched that she continuously surprised us with delicious Croatian specialties. This loving hospitality is anything but taken for granted and made us feel not just like guests, but truly welcome. Thanks to the perfect accommodation and the exceptional hospitality, we will remember this vacation for a long time. We would love to come back and can wholeheartedly recommend this holiday home!

I would like to give 6 stars.
We were also allowed to stay for 7 in the house with 2 children. We also filled the fridge and had a fruit basket. It was simply soooo clean and nothing was broken. It was a dream to be able to live in this house.
We will definitely come back.

The holiday apartment IVA was the perfect starting point for our Istria vacation. The apartment is spacious, lovingly furnished, and equipped with everything you need. We particularly enjoyed the pool, my personal retreat after our excursions to the nearby beaches and the cultural highlights of Istria. The balcony offers a beautiful view, and the barbecue area invites cozy evenings. Everything is well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. We are very happy to come back and recommend the apartment without reservation. The contact with Ms. Saric was extremely straightforward: a short message is enough, and her response usually comes within a few minutes. This makes you feel well taken care of from the very first moment.
