Casa Ulika is a charming villa with a heated pool, accommodating up to 8 guests. It is located in the quiet village of Rasopasno on the island of Krk and is an ideal retreat for those who wish to experience a traditional Mediterranean atmosphere. Casa Ulika combines comfort with a modern interior and spacious, inviting outdoor areas, making you feel instantly at home. The villa offers 150 m² of indoor space on a 540 m² fenced plot that guarantees absolute privacy. A spacious living room and a kitchen on the ground floor form the heart of the house and create a cozy meeting point for families or groups. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including an induction stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher. There is a large dining table for eight people, and the living area has a comfortable leather sofa that can also be used as an extra bed for two guests, as well as a large smart TV. From the living room, you can access the beautiful garden with a large, covered terrace, equipped with seating for eight people and a gas grill – perfect for Mediterranean meals outdoors. The heated pool is the highlight of the garden, surrounded by a sun terrace with six sun loungers, two sun umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. It is a perfect place to relax while enjoying the view of the olive trees and other Mediterranean plants. The entire garden is fenced and has an electric gate; next to it, several private parking spaces are available.
Casa Ulika offers three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. One bedroom is located on the ground floor with access to the garden, the other two are on the upper floor and each have access to a large terrace with chairs, tables, and a sun umbrella. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a large wardrobe, air conditioning, and a smart TV, making it a perfect retreat. The modern bathrooms have a shower, a toilet, a sink, and a hairdryer. Bed linens and towels are provided, and on request, a crib and a high chair are available.

Restful holiday.
Very nice, modern holiday home. Pictures are 100% in line with reality. High-quality furniture throughout the house, comfortable beds, great kitchen with all appliances. Everything was very clean, including the outdoor area. The heated pool reached about 25 degrees Celsius in May. The landlords were very friendly and helpful. The landlord was immediately on site upon arrival and check-in went smoothly. Our dog was also very welcome. The town of Rasopasno is nothing special, but you can reach everything on the island of Krk in short distances. I highly recommend the accommodation for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Great landlords, thank you again. The booking process was also seamless.

Wonderful holiday
Beautiful house in a very nice, quiet place. Well maintained and tastefully furnished. Pool and barbecue make holiday evenings perfect. Beaches are easily accessible by car. The landlords are very nice, friendly and answer all our questions. We will definitely book again and can only recommend it to others!
