New and charming villa Ana-Marija in the village of Mali Golji offers a holiday for a group of 8 people.
Next to the pool with crystal clear water, sun loungers and parasols, there is a "konoba": an open space for socialising and dining, fireplace, small summer kitchen and toilet.
On the ground floor of the main building there is an air-conditioned living room (with sofa bed), kitchen, pantry, one bedroom (160x200 cm) and a bathroom. Outside is a covered terrace with a large table.
Upstairs in the house there are two bedrooms (160x200 in one, two single beds in the other) and a bathroom. The villa is equipped in such a way that it really is your "home away from home" while you are in Istria - they are available

Villa Ana-Marija is located on the outskirts of the village Mali Golji, 7 km from Labin. The village is located on the east side of the Istrian peninsula and has about 20 households.
You need a car to stay here and if you have one, everything is at hand.
The small store "Jedinstvo" in Snašići is 2 km away, and supermarkets, banks, gas stations, restaurants and cafes can be found in Labin, 7 km away or 10 minutes by car.
The villa is 12 km away from the famous tourist resort Rabac and its beaches.

The down payment used for this reservation would be used in the new reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your holidays.
