Villa Zala is a brand new 5 star villa with heated pool that can accommodate up to 6 people. Villa is the perfect place for a holiday in a small traditional and quiet village Rasopasno on the island of Krk. Traditionally Mediterranean designed Villa Zala offers a comfortable and modern interior and a spacious and cozy environment where you will feel right at home.
If you are looking for a traditional, charming retreat for your next holiday, Villa Zala is the perfect choice for you. Villa Zala is a brand new villa that was completed in July 2021. It offers 150 m2 of interior space and is located on a 600 m2 fenced plot. On the ground floor of the house you will find a spacious common room with kitchen, dining table for eight people, guest toilet and living area with spacious leather sofa and flat TV. From each room on the ground floor you have access to the garden with pool. From the kitchen and dining area you have direct access to the very spacious covered outdoor terrace with table for eight people. On the outdoor terrace you can also use the barbecue to prepare delicious Mediterranean dishes.
Villa Zala has three king-size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor. All bedrooms have access to the outdoor area, ground floor bedroom to the garden and first floor bedroom to the large terrace with two tables, four chairs and parasol. All three bedrooms are equipped with box-spring king-size beds (180x200 cm), spacious wardrobe, air conditioning, flat screen TV (43') and private bathroom. The bathrooms are equipped with shower, toilet, sink and hairdryer. All bedrooms are prepared with bed linen and towels for the guests, if needed we can also prepare baby cot and baby chair.
The trendy kitchen is equipped with everything a modern cook needs to prepare delicious meals. Spacious fridge freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and all kinds of cutlery you need to prepare food. In the spacious living area there is a TV corner with leather sofa and smart TV with large screen (55'). Good wifi coverage is available throughout the building.
To make your holiday perfect, a large heated pool awaits you in the garden and on the sun deck there are 6 sun loungers, two umbrellas and an outdoor shower. Garden is spacious and on one level. When you swim in the pool or read a book in the shade, you can enjoy the beautiful garden with olive trees and other Mediterranean plants. Garde is completely fenced, at the house there are also several parking spaces, fenced with electric gate. In the storage room you will find a washing machine, a clothes horse, barbecue accessories and plenty of storage space for your bikes.
Villa Zala also has central underfloor heating and cooling. In combination with heated pool, it is the perfect choice if you plan your holiday in spring or autumn.
Villa Zala is located in the small and relaxing village of Rasopasno on the island of Krk. Beaches and towns are 3000 m away from the villa. Close enough to reach them easily, yet far enough to spend a quiet holiday. Only 5 minutes by car from the villa is the town of Malinska, where you will find everything you need for your holiday: Shops, bars, nightlife, beaches.

A great house and a great landlord
The Villa Zala was a dream, we felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay much longer! Our landlord was really very nice and accommodating, we felt very well taken care of.
We will definitely come back!!

Very nice holiday villa
My wife and I (both over 60) stayed in the very nice and clean house with our shepherd dog. All important kitchen appliances available, big TV in the living room.
Problematic for smaller dogs, as the fence consists of horizontal wire elements on two sides, making it easy to get through.
The rest of the brick fence is about 80cm high in places. No problem for our dog as she does not jump over low walls
Accommodation otherwise highly recommended. The landlord is very nice and is looking out for the well-being of his guests.
