The beautiful Villa Above is located in the tourist village of Medulin in a prime location. Medulin is a very popular holiday destination with countless restaurants, beach bars, and beautiful beaches. The Villa Above consists of 2 separate apartments with separate entrances and is therefore ideal for a relaxing holiday with family and friends with privacy. The villa extends over 2 floors. The first apartment is on the ground floor and offers you a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, 2 comfortable double bedrooms, and a bathroom. From the living room and one of the bedrooms, you have direct access to the outside area. The outdoor staircase takes you to the second floor to the second apartment which also features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, 2 comfortable double bedrooms, and a bathroom. The lovingly furnished villa can accommodate up to 10 people, with 2 additional guests having sleeping arrangements on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. On the completely enclosed property, the focal point of the villa, a heated pool with massage jets, is located. You can relax on the loungers next to the pool and enjoy the hot summer days. If you prefer to dine undisturbed in the evening, you can use the summer kitchen with a wood-fired grill and enjoy your specialties on the covered dining terrace. For our younger guests, there is a playground with a swing or a ping pong table available. Private parking available. Book our Villa Above and enjoy the most beautiful time of the year with us.
