We were warmly welcomed by the landlord, Mr. Jovic and his wife, as soon as we arrived. He showed us everything and gave us valuable tips, great attraction folders, and explained the village of Razanac and the surrounding area. two friends of ours were in the vicinity and were even allowed to stay with us for one night, without any problems. We were also invited for dinner on the last day of our holiday, so nice. They made it extra for us on Friday night, as we were already leaving on Saturday night. Normally they do the barbecue every Saturday. It was so delicious! Grilled fish with salad and wine, and a delicious dessert. Really fabulous! We had all, really never experienced such hospitality before. We can really recommend the flat Vila Ana 100%! We will definitely come back again, as everything was just perfect!

We stayed in the Vila Ana apartment in Razanac, Croatia for 1 week. 4 people, from July 29th to August 5th. I looked at several apartments, but then stumbled upon this one by chance and contacted Mr. Jovic. I immediately received a friendly response, saying that we could rent the apartment for this week. Since it was a spontaneous vacation for us, I wasn't sure if it was too last minute, but it was no problem at all. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. We only had to make a deposit, the rest could be paid on site. The apartment is very nice, secluded, in a very quiet area. Everything in the village of Razanac is easy to reach, but I would definitely recommend a car (possibly rental). We had our own car and were able to see a lot. Just a 10-minute drive away is a nice town where you can find everything you need. Supermarket, a few different restaurants, pharmacy, post office, bank. It takes about 30 minutes by car to get to Starigrad Paklenica. It takes about 10 minutes to walk down to the sea. The accommodation has everything you need, lovingly furnished. Kitchen with everything you need, coffee machine, stove, dishwasher, dishes, really excellently equipped. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea and the Paklenica National Park. It is also only 30 minutes by car to the beautiful old town of Zadar with many shopping opportunities and great restaurants. The apartment also has a great pool that is available to both apartments. There is also a sandbox for the little ones. A washing machine is also there, I find that really great with a clothes rack. 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds, a living room with 2 sofa beds.

Beautiful flat with great pool, brilliant sea view, small but beautiful and quiet beach, excellent hospitality, an all-round wonderful holiday ! Everything is even more beautiful in reality than it is shown on the pictures !
