In the hot summer days, under the warm Istrian sun, you will find real relaxation in Villa Anamaria! Only a few minutes from the beach, a completely private garden, completely fenced and hidden from all views has a large swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. A lounge terrace with a large dining table is just a few steps above the pool. And for all those delicious meals, here's a charcoal grill!

The interior is completely air-conditioned. There are 4 bedrooms, and together with the living room sofa, there is room for up to 11 people. We also have cots if you need them. There are two kitchens, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, both fully equipped. From the upper terrace you have a wonderful view of the garden.

Supermarket, restaurants, shops are only a few minutes away. The nearest beach in Rabac is only 8 km from the house. There are plenty of parking spaces on the beach. In front of the house has safe parking for 6 cars. WLAN is available to our guests free of charge!

The beaches in Rabac are 8 km away from the house. Villa Anamaria is an excellent starting point for excursions in Istria, for visiting wine roads, olive groves, medieval towns. During the summer in Istria there are more than 1800 different tourist manifestations and programs in which you can enjoy.
