Beautiful house in a quiet location. Perfect for a family with children.

We (a family of 4) stayed in this house in July 2026. Overall, we are satisfied. The furnishings (especially in the kitchen) are somewhat "dated." The direct lake access and the winter garden are perfect, especially for children. The house is very remote and thus in absolute peace. The landlord was immediately reachable for questions and was able to quickly and easily solve our "little problems." We would love to come back!

A little dream to relax

We spent a wonderful week in this lovingly furnished and very well-maintained holiday home.
The reception and communication in advance went absolutely smoothly. The house was spotless clean upon our arrival and even much more beautiful than in the pictures.
The kitchen, which was truly well-equipped, even had spices, coffee filters, and ground coffee available for the first days. The large bed is very comfortable and the loft for children is simply great - you feel very secure and it is totally cozy. The quiet location, the beautiful pool, and the new sauna contributed perfectly to relaxation. The proximity to the town center and the Baltic Sea is also ideal. The hosts live on the property as well, but the holiday home is entirely separate. We felt completely comfortable and were able to enjoy the vacation to the fullest. Thank you very much to the warm host – we will definitely come back for the symbolic fasting again!

When the deer comes for breakfast

We had a great time here at House Höganäs in Totebo. The children loved going out on the lake with the rowboat. We could let off steam on the large trampoline and the pirate ship playhouse while also relaxing under the beautiful apple trees. The location was simply perfect for spending two days in the Astrid Lindgren World. Also ideal for many other excursions!
