Description
The house has 72 square metres. In the living room there is a fireplace in the seating area, a dining area with a kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and crockery for at least 6 people.
One bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed and a single bed. One bathroom with hot water, shower and WC.
There is a sauna in the house.
There is a small guest house with a single bed in the immediate vicinity of the house.
We have no service on site, we ask our guests to do the final cleaning themselves.

The house is located in a small holiday home development on Lake Bolmen on a 1,000 square metre plot.
The bathing area and the jetty are both 150 metres away.
The nearest shopping centre is 5 km away in Tannaker (can also be reached by boat).
The town of Ljungby is 15 km away and offers all amenities including a hospital.
Lake Bolmen is Sweden's 10th largest lake at 180 square kilometres and has over 400 islands. Ideal for swimming, fishing or simply boating.
Large forest areas around the lake invite you to go hiking.

In the period from 01.10. to 15.04. electricity is charged at 2,00 €/kWh according to consumption Bed linen, towels etc. are not provided and must be brought along. The final cleaning must be done by the tenant before departure. |
