This holiday home was built in 1945 and completely modernised and extended in 2018. Today it has a good standard with bathroom, WC, SAT, internet possibility (up to 15000 kbit/s), fireplace, covered terrace with a dream lake view that will remain in your memory for a long time. The house has 2 bedrooms and is suitable for max. 4 persons. It has hot/cold water and is fully equipped. On the 5000 sqm plot you can enjoy the Swedish tranquillity. The view of this beautiful lake will always accompany you. A rowing boat is available. Motors can be rented, as well as bed linen, towels, bicycles, canoes or kayaks. The house is privately rented.

Location and surroundings of object

The location of the holiday home is actually what everyone who goes to Sweden would like to have: namely, in the middle of the forest and directly by the lake. Large property and absolute tranquillity is guaranteed. The nearest neighbour is 150 m away. Neither visible nor audible. The surrounding forests invite you to go hiking, mushroom picking, cycling, relaxing. Fagerhult is the nearest small town - about 8 km away by forest road. There you can also get bread rolls in the small "corner shop". Otherwise, the village doesn't have much to offer. For larger purchases, you can drive 25 km to Aseda or Högsby. There are larger supermarkets there. If you want something even bigger, it's an hour's drive to Kalmar (Baltic Sea), Växjö, Oskarshamn (Baltic Sea) or Vetlanda.
From Trelleborg or Malmö it takes about 4 hours by car.
