We had 2 wonderful weeks in the great house. It is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, there are 4 terraces and a huge garden. We were able to relax very well in the garden. The house is located in a spacious holiday park in the pine forest. The beach is just a few meters away. The beach is beautiful. There was a washing machine, dishwasher, huge refrigerator, large television. Cutlery, dishes, etc. The nearest supermarket is 12 minutes by car and has everything. We recommend the house 100 percent recommendations: We had great hikes in the nature reserve and to the waterfalls. There is also a forest swimming pool at one of the waterfalls. At Beach Yingsjö, there is a beach bar, highly recommended. Ahus and Kristianstad are very worth seeing. We had 14 days of continuous sunshine and greatly enjoyed the nearby beach. There is a barbecue area, that was our absolute highlight.

Recommendations: Actually a great house, just unfortunately in no maintained condition. Very dirty and aged. The mattresses are sagging and it feels like every seat cushion, every blanket has stains. In the bedroom, you can hear the woodworms eating and the wood working 24/7. For information for guests in autumn/winter, there is no heating, only the stove. We were there at the end of August with 9° outside temperature at night and the house was very cold in the morning. However, the area is great and highly recommended!
