Description
Our holiday home has a direct view of Lake Velen, 50 metres away. On the ground floor there is 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, 1 bedroom with double bed 180 cm x 2.00 m, 1 further single room, combined living/kitchen area with soapstone stove. On the upper floor there is a balcony, two rooms with one double room and 1 sleeping place in the anteroom.
2 TV sets with German programmes via SAT. system - Internet via Wlan available. To the house belong a big terrace, awning, deck chairs, garden furniture, grill, sunshade, further a rowing boat to the exclusive use. The house is fully furnished, you have to bring your own bed linen and towels. Dogs are allowed on request. Two existing annexes are not rented out as we use them exclusively ourselves.

Location and surroundings of object
In the wild, tranquil forest location, right on a lake, swimming boat Steeg for rowing boat and fishing or just 50 meters away, in the immediate vicinity many other lakes with swimming. Parking directly in front of the house. To the place "Kisa" with a store about 8 miles, to the place "Vimmerby" with Astrid Lindgren land only 22 km, 70 km to the city of Linköping University and the Baltic Sea and the port city "Västervik" about 60 km.

Possible in the lake, is a paradise for nature lovers, fishing, mushroom and berry picking in the adjacent forest abundant, many other lakes with bathing facilities in the local area for horse riding in the neighborhood, German television programs by satellite-In winter you can skate on the lake and skiing and sledding in Kisa.

Super holiday
When you come from the big city, you long for peace and quiet. We found it here. We spent 14 wonderful days hiking, swimming, canoeing, rowing, going on excursions and, of course, relaxing. We ended the evening on the terrace with a wonderful view of the lake.

free time activities: Schwimmen, Wander, Boot fahren und wenn die Zeit ran ist Heidelbeeren pflügen ( massen von Sträuchern vorhanden)
shopping facilities: in Kisa sind Supermärkte wo man alles bekommt

Super log cabin in a fantastic location
One can really feel comfortable and relax here! The pictures really say it all and absolutely correspond to reality. Breakfast on the terrace with a view of the lake: unbeatable!
It would be great to have a dishwasher and a sauna, but I'm sure that will come!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Traumhafte, ruhige Lage im Wald direkt am See. Kaum Nachbarn (ideal, wenn man mal richtig für sich sein will!)
free time activities: Rudern, angeln, baden und wandern direkt am Haus. Für alles andere muß man halt fahren, da das Haus ja, wie beschrieben, recht einsam liegt.
shopping facilities: Nächster größerer Ort mit Supermarkt ca. 20 Km entfernt.

idyllic holiday home located in the middle of nature
We (2 adults and 3 children) spent two fantastic holiday weeks in this vacation home. The vacation home really lives up to its promises and the information on the internet is accurate. We enjoyed living in the midst of nature and yet being quickly (by car) in civilization. We made good use of the boat and the lake. The only thing that was lacking upon our arrival was cleanliness.

Very nice, well-located holiday home.
We rented the house for two weeks. We really liked it, exactly what we were looking for... solitude, idyll, a nearby lake, boats, and tranquility. Simply unique. The view from the huge terrace of the lake. Even though it was already September, we had really nice weather. When the fog lies over the lake in the morning and the sun comes out from behind the clouds, it is a beautiful view.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Wälder ohne Ende. Jeder Wald irgedwie anders und individuell. Viele Seen, einmalig schön.
free time activities: Vimmerby - Astid Lindgreen Värld. Für Kinder und für Erwachsene richtig sehenswert. Und natürlich Natur pur, Pilze sammeln, Spaziergänge, Fahrradfahren, Bootfahren, Angeln usw. usw.
shopping facilities: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Kisa, ca. 10 km vom Haus entfernt. Dort gibt es mehrere Supermärkte. Also Einkauf kein Problem

Great house
The house is very well furnished, too small for 7 people, even though there are sleeping spaces. A great terrace with a view of the lake, wonderful in summer, in the fall we had to use the car to collect mushrooms. Everything is available in the kitchen and a nice bathroom.

Leider kommt es oft anders als Versprochen
Das Haus ist auf den ersten Blick sehr schön, doch leider stimmen die Angaben des Vermieters nicht! Es gibt keinen Vierplattenherd, auch der Geschirrspüler ist nicht mehr da und die Kanus entpuppen sich als U-Boote,welches meine Kinder sehr traurig stimmte!
Außerdem konnten wir im Haus auch viele spuren unserer Vormieter finden! Unterwäsche, alte Lebensmittel und Müll, welches den Start in den Urlaub nicht unbedingt mit Freude versah!

Mann kann bei Ferienhausmiete .de keinen 3 Plattenherd mit Backofen eingeben.Das mit der Reingung tut uns sehr leid. Leider war die Woche vor Ihnen ein Freund von uns im Haus und wir waren sicher, dass er das Haus sauber verläßt, sonst hätten wir, wie immer sonst unsere Schwedische Reinigungskraft
gebeten.Wie Sie am Gästebuch im Haus sehen konnten, waren alle Gäste vor Ihnen seit Jahren sehr zufrieden.

Tolle "Hütte" für Naturfreunde
Wir möchten uns bei dem Vermieter für den wirklich schönen Urlaub bedanken.
Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet (kein Ramsch aus den 60ern - wie ich schon oft angetroffen habe), mit modernsten technischen Gerätschaften und auch sonst allem, was man so braucht.
Die Zimmer sind modern und zweckmäßig, alles war sehr sauber und auch die Küche war perfekt für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt ausgestattet (Herd, Kühlschrank, Tiefkühschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster...), was begehrst du mehr, wenn du ausspannen möchtest?
Von Wohnzimmer und Terrasse hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick auf den nur wenige Meter entfernten See mit dem wirklich tollen Badesteg/Bootsanleger, den wir täglich mehrmals zum Schwimmen und zum Rudern mit dem hauseigenen Boot benutzt haben.
Fernsehen mit Digitalsat gibt es im Wohnzimmer sowie im oberen Schlafzimmer - wenn man es zum relaxen denn braucht.
Fazit: Das Objekt entspricht der Beschreibung, keine böse Überraschungen. Sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Problemlose Abwicklung und netter Kontakt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
P.S. Vielleicht sehen wir dann auch mal einen Elch.
Haben auch nach anstrengender Pirsch am frühen Morgen auf freier Wildbahn keinen sehen können.
Vermutung in Richtung "Fabeltier" gehend.

Von Naturwanderpfaden und Naturphänomen wie die Schlucht von Skurugata oder Astrid Lindgrens Geburtshaus in Vimmerby.
Nicht spektakulär, aber erholsam auch für Erwachsene.
shopping facilities: Die 3 Supermärkte in Kisa erreicht man mit dem Auto
in wenigen Minuten und haben täglich (Montag-Sonntag)
von 7 bis 20 Uhr geöffnet, spitze!
