Description
The holiday flat for eight people is approx. 200 sqm and has a light-flooded living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, electric cooker with oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and much more. The living/dining room is furnished with a large corner sofa, a table, chairs and TV with German SAT reception. The house has a glass door to the terrace with garden furniture . On the ground floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with single beds. The other two bedrooms are each in a separate loft and are equipped with double beds. In this cottage there is a toilet with sink and a bathroom with toilet, shower. Washing machine is located in the utility room. The holiday home has underfloor heating . At the back of the house is a large spacious terrace where you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. Another holiday property and the landlord are in the immediate vicinity, as is a covered swimming pool for shared use. Parking on designated spaces is available in front of the property.

Location and surroundings of object
Only a few minutes' walk away is a very beautiful nature reserve. Sölvesborg is eight km to the west. The nearest beautiful sandy beach is 200 m away. For anglers and canoeists, the salmon river Mörrumsån (25 km), the fishing paradise Harasjömåla (48 km) and the canoeing area Halen (45 km, also rental) are within easy reach. We recommend a boat trip to the island of Hanö from Nogersund (four km). There is also a larger supermarket nearby (four km), which is open all week, and a German restaurant with a beer garden (eight km). Here you can also buy home-made German bratwurst. We also have a very good fish restaurant in the neighbouring harbour. ( Kajutan i Hörvik )
The surrounding area is very suitable for cycling.
We also offer fishing trips on the Baltic Sea, which of course have to be adapted to the wind and weather at short notice.

For bookings from the 55th day before the arrival date, the entire rental price must be transferred immediately. A deposit of 2500 250 Euro must be paid by the tenant upon arrival at the holiday home. The deposit will be refunded after acceptance of the holiday home by the landlord on the day of departure. With all the heat records and wildfires in the south, we simply looked in the other direction.
Even before arrival, we had very nice communication with the landlord. Sometimes the response took a bit longer, but that was because he does everything himself and was traveling at the time.
The house is super well-kept and very well furnished. We would have had enough space there even without any problems with two families.
The landlord is super nice and always helped us with good advice.
The saltwater pool was great and was used very often.
We took many trips in the area and enjoyed the time very much.
Thank you Sören, we can fully recommend the apartment.

Beautiful holiday house Best host
Beautiful holiday home and really great hosts.
The direct location on the Baltic Sea is amazing.
The large saltwater pool and pool area are very well maintained and a real highlight for the children.
We will definitely come back.

Pure relaxation!
We have never had a better holiday home! Everything exactly as shown in the pictures. Spacious, clean, great location, great landlord.
We were able to celebrate Midsummer and dance around the Midsummer pole with the whole village.
Very good beds for a restful sleep. Absolute peace, total relaxation!
Nice trips and sightseeing in the area.
The pool for swimming or the sea, what more could you want? And on top of that, a great landlord who spoils his guests with treats! Thank you Sören! See you next year?

Thank you very much for this wonderful holiday. We have been to Sweden many times but we have never experienced such a warm welcome. Mr Köppe was always there for us and gave us tips for excursions. We felt as if we belonged to the family, just great.
We can only recommend this accommodation, very clean, quiet location, especially recommended as this place is not yet so crowded, we were often alone on the beach.
For us it is certain that we will come again.

Beautiful holiday
The first time in Sweden. We were welcomed with open arms. Our holiday home exceeded all our expectations. The landlord was available for his guests all day and conjured up a wonderfully delicious dinner for us. The pool could be used at any time. Dream holiday home for a relaxing holiday
We spent 2 relaxing weeks in this very nice big holiday home. Everything is very well maintained and clean. Huge terrace where you can find sun and shade at any time of the day. Large living and dining area. Large kitchen, which lacks nothing. We did not use the two large lofts as there were only four of us. But even very large families or families with friends can spend their holidays here. We used the large pool next door every day.
There are many possibilities for big and small excursions, hikes or bike tours and the sea is also just around the corner. The landlord is always available and cooked the tastiest and freshest fish we have ever eaten. Thank you very much! We will be back!
