Welcome to a modern house on the western beach of Bolmensee, about 60 m from Bolmensee. Here you live very close to nature. The forest is only about 250 m from the house. Here you can pick cranberries, mushrooms and blueberries. The village bathing area is about 250 m from the holiday home
The house is ideal for fishing holidays or family holidays. Of course we allow dogs, but no more than 2. The cottage has 3 double beds. The maximum number of persons is 6 adults.
It is possible to rent a boat with motor.
The boat is located outside the boathouse. This property in the boathouse is public. But in principle you are almost always yourself at this lakeside property. There are simpler table cheese chairs in the boathouse.

Very nice house in a great, quiet location
The holiday home is perfect for families with dogs.
The dogs can romp extensively in the garden. A motorboat can also be rented

Close to Lake Bolmen
Almost New, well equipped house close to lake Bolmen. Situated in peacefull and quiet surroundings.
Fantastic with access to boat for peacefull fishing in the lake. The nature invites you to long hicknings. Most service minded owner.

Summer Holiday
Modern standard and a very nice house for a summer holiday. Good beds and everything you could need is included. Less than one kilometer walk to a very nice bathing site. Also, very near the bathing site is a homestead park that serves the best waffles on Sundays. Me, my wife, and three kids were happy with our week in the middle of nowhere, just relaxing.

Modern holiday home in a perfect location
The holiday home was built in 2019 with the most modern house technology (geothermal heat pump) on a plot directly by Lake Bolmen. Large living room with kitchenette and dining area and access to the side veranda. Three sufficiently large bedrooms with very good beds. Large bathroom with washing machine. Good wifi. Fully equipped kitchen. Basic groceries. Everything very clean. From the property it is about 40 m to the lake. Own access to the lake with boat place, but not for bathing because of reeds. View of the lake from the living room and from two of the three bedrooms. Very easy contact with the landlord for questions and uncomplicated, relaxed handling. We felt very comfortable.

Beautiful holiday home by the lake
It was our first vacation in Sweden. The vacation house is located directly on Lake Bolmen. Although there are 2-3 other occupied houses nearby, we were practically alone, hardly anyone was seen. For us, it was the perfect place to relax: the tranquility, the chirping of birds in the morning, the splashing of fish in the lake, the fresh air - a good book, a glass of red wine, unwind and let your soul dangle.
We did a lot of fishing, for my partner fishing is pure relaxation. We also took the boat to the neighboring island and explored the surroundings there.
Near the vacation house there is a large forest where you can go for long walks and collect mushrooms.
The vacation house is new and superbly equipped. Everything you need is there. There are hardly any signs of wear and tear. The box spring beds were very comfortable. The internet/Wi-Fi was great.
The owners of the house are very nice and are on hand with advice and assistance if there are any questions or problems.
The nearest supermarket is 13 km away. Right next to the supermarket there is also a gas station. You can pay with the debit card, of course also with a credit card.
Our vacation in Sweden was great. We will gladly book the vacation house again next time.
