Holiday apartments and houses in North America

We spent four wonderful weeks in this modern and extremely comfortable holiday home and were completely thrilled. The house is in great condition, is very tastefully furnished, and offers plenty of space to feel comfortable with three bedrooms, a large kitchen, and a spacious living area. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor area with the mosquito screen, the pool, and the whirlpool/hot tub. The pool had a pleasant temperature of about 33 °C throughout our stay, making it perfect for swimming and relaxing at any time. The cleanliness was excellent and left nothing to be desired. Special praise also goes to the property manager, who took excellent care of everything and was always friendly, helpful, and competent. At the end of May, the weather was pleasantly warm and sunny. Occasionally, a brief rain shower would pass through in the afternoon, which is typical for Florida and usually passed quickly. Overall, a perfect stay on the Gulf Coast of Florida. We can recommend this vacation home without reservation and would come back at any time. At the end of our vacation, we were lucky that dolphins swam in the canal that is directly adjacent to the terrace/pool/dock of Villa Atlantic, and we were able to observe them well.

We really felt very comfortable in this house. It was our ninth vacation in Naples and the surrounding area and so far the best house for our vacation. The location is great, everything you need is there, it is clean and uncomplicated. Thank you very much to Friscohomes. We were there for the second time and it was again a wonderful vacation. The house is located in a quiet area. It is very well equipped. Quick and nice contact with the property manager if you have questions. We can only recommend spending a vacation there.
