Description
Let yourself be enchanted by this villa and the excellent location. For boaters, this villa is a MUST. In a few minutes you get to the river - no bridges or locks to overcome.
The very large property offers a great water view of the 3 channels. Enjoy the sun all day and the great sunsets in the evening. The long dock including Tiki Hut invites you to rest and watch the animals. Many dolphins and manatees swim by here.
The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.
The living area is more than generously equipped. Here you will find a nice dining area, the fully equipped kitchen even with Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules) and the living room, which also has a pool table, is thanks to the many windows and doors to the outside area more than light flooded. All areas are equipped with TV and wifi. Music fans will love our Sonos stereo sound system.
The villa offers 5 bedrooms with 4 king size and a queen bed and 4 bathrooms, so there is enough space for 2 or more families. Exceptional and indescribable here is that 4 bedrooms provide large sliding glass doors with direct access to the pool area. Luxury for the whole family!
The heated salt water pool is operated without chlorine using a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. It's a fresh water pool without chlorine.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.
We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boat dock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. You can see the boats below the house description after the map. In the booking process you can choose your preferred boat.
In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

The villa is located south of the Cape Coral Parkway. In less than 5 minutes you are on the river by boat.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. From Fort Myers airport about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The next big supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 min. Big shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.

I would stay here again without question and recommend it to all
This is an amazing property and very clean. The setup with the river in your backyard connected to an amazing pool and covered outdoor space was great. The sound system is everywhere as well so you could enjoy music or turn on one of the many TV's. Everything in the house worked as expected and the place was very clean and contained a great amount of supplies as well. The location to Sannibel and Ft. Myers was a great boat ride from the backdoor. You can also get very quickly through the neighborhoods to get to where ever desired

Beautiful house with a very comfy stay!
I Will be sending family and friends forsure to stay at the same house! Excellent space , no bugs Bc the pool has a net around it. Tanning area is nice quiet area by the water. Everything about this home I loved !

This house is magnificent.
The pictures are exact but do not prepare you for how spacious and beautiful it is when you enter. My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights by ourselves. There is plenty of room for 5 couples to be comfortable or a family with older children. 4 of 5 bedrooms have direct access to the pool area. It has two living areas, the main one is open with the spacious kitchen that houses all the necessities needed to prepare meals for a large group. It also has both a drip coffee pot, a Keurig, a hot tea pot, a juicer, and a Ninja blender that we used all week to make drinks that we enjoyed by the pool. The pool table is a nice touch, but does need some chalk for the pool cues. There is also a large pantry off the kitchen area where the washer and dryer are and an extra refrigerator. The second living area is in the wing with 4 of the bedrooms. It has a large flat screen TV, DVD player, and there are some DVDs to watch. It also has a mini fridge in this living area. There are 2 full-size bathrooms with walk-in showers in this wing as well. The master bedroom on the other side of the house is large with a good-sized walk-in closet. It has its own ensuite master bathroom with a great walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a jacuzzi tub that fits 2. The pool and dock area are the best parts though. We spent our entire vacation poolside. The pool is deep, my best guess is 5 ft all the way to about 10 ft at the opposite end. My husband and I enjoyed swimming daily and we also used the hot tub every evening. We sat on the deck and watched the boats go up and down the canals. We saw lots of fish and even had a chance to see a dolphin in the canal. If you do leave this house to visit a beach they provide some beach chairs in the garage which you can also park in. You will pay for electricity. Since it was just the two of us we shut off the wing with the 4 bedrooms. This was definitely the best AirBnB house yet and we would gladly come back with a few couples to stay again.

Such a pleasant stay!
