Perfect!!!

A fantastic house with very good facilities. We enjoyed it for four weeks with lots of sun and warmth, and sometimes low night temperatures. The air conditioning cools and, when needed, heats. We found the excellent kitchen equipment and comfortable beds very pleasant. Additionally, the internet worked quickly and reliably. The perfect service provided by Patricia and Heiko, which we only had to use a few times, was great, as well as the friendly contact (by phone or email) here in Germany. Sitting on the terrace, enjoying the wide view, watching the jumping fish, or just swimming in the pool was pure relaxation for us. We will be back in February of next year.

Wonderful first time in Cape Coral!

Beautiful house, well maintained. Gorgeous view! Close to shopping and activities. Property management very knowledgeable of the area and helpful. Definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!!

This house is one of the most beautiful houses we have ever enjoyed on a vacation in Cape Coral. Absolutely brilliant location, great exclusive amenities, and professional, very nice property management. We will definitely come back here. Guaranteed. Perfect villa!

We had the pleasure of spending three wonderful weeks in this amazing villa. Everything was simply stunning! The particularly beautiful view over the canal, the extremely tasteful decor, the pool area with our favorite spot for coffee. . . just fantastic! The location is great. Whether it's jogging through the neighborhood, walking to the harbor, playing tennis in the adjacent park, or even golfing (2 very nice golf courses are about a 10-minute drive away). 20 to 25 minutes away) Unfortunately, the villa is already booked on our dates, otherwise we would have booked again right away. Last but not least, we were perfectly taken care of by Patricia as always.

Wundervolles Ferienhaus

The holiday home is truly beautiful and modernly furnished, and we had a great time there. The pool and the view over the canal are fantastic, and the amenities leave nothing to be desired. In the immediate vicinity, there is a lovely park with a children's playground and tennis courts, as well as shopping facilities and restaurants. The communication before and after the holiday, as well as on-site, was very nice, helpful, and quick. We can recommend this accommodation wholeheartedly if you are planning a vacation in Cape Coral!

Great break from Winter !!!

Villa Sunshine Bay was exactly what we needed for a break from our Wisconsin winter for the month of February. The villa is fully equipped with anything needed, along with being clean and completely updated. The view down the wide canal is awesome as you relax in the beautiful heated pool. The property managers, Heiko and Patricia were very helpful with any questions. Would definitely consider this property for future stays !!!

Unser Aufenthalt

We can recommend this villa without reservation. Everything was exactly as seen in the photos. The furnishings are in very good condition, and the electrical appliances (refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, etc.) are high quality. Even a decent cup of coffee is not missing, as there is a Nespresso machine, and you can play your own music on Sonos speakers. The location is great, with a view of the canal and quiet neighbors. Only the air conditioning units on the outside of the neighboring houses are occasionally a bit noisy. But that's normal in Florida. The team takes excellent care. CoralVilla is a real hidden gem at moderate prices.

Beautiful, modern ambience with lots of tranquillity

Arrived in an idyll of peace and beautiful views along the canal. Absolutely quiet neighbourhood. Modern and newly furnished. Tiled throughout. Master bedroom super nice with view of canal from bed. Everything you could possibly want is on site. Kitchen perfectly equipped. Everything has been thought of for an optimal and relaxing holiday. Patricia on site very competent and nice. Anytime again this house or another one from CoralVilla. Super nice contact with Mrs. Schommer in Germany. Thanks for the nice welcome with wine. Check out also suitable. As we travel to Florida every year, I must emphasise that this has been the nicest and most optimal house for our family so far. Centrally located. Shopping facilities close by.

Sicher eine der schönsten Villen in Cape Coral!

Wir können nur Positives berichten, alles andere käme dem Suchen nach dem Haar in der Suppe gleich. Highlights: Top Lage an der Kopfseite eines Kanals mit beheizbarem Pool (zusätzliche Stromkosten waren kaum der Rede wert) in direkter Südlage. Sehr unkompliziertes Checkin auch spät abends durch zahlencodiertes Schloss ohne Schlüssel. Sehr nette Betreuung durch die deutschen Verwalter vor Ort mit guten Tips für Freizeit und Gastronomie. Moderne Einrichtung, neuwertiger Eindruck, schöne in das Wohnzimmer integrierte Küche, alles tip top sauber und gepflegt. Der obligatorische große Gasgrill wurde on uns fleißig genutzt - die Steaks in den USA sind einfach um Längen besser als zu Hause. Equipment wie Poolspielzeug, Angeln, Strandstühle, etc. standen zur freien Nutzung in der Garage bereit. Wir empfehlen die Villa Sunshine Bay uneingeschränkt weiter und freuen uns, bald mal wieder zu kommen.

Highly recommended!

The villa is very clean and equipped with everything you need. Communication with the landlord was very pleasant and straightforward. The villa is well located. Nearby there are restaurants, shopping opportunities, etc. We would immediately book the villa again for our next stay. Highly recommended!

Top villa, top location!

We had a great 3 weeks in the villa.
From booking to departure everything was excellent. Great service, nice management!
The villa is well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. If we come back, it will probably be to this villa again.
As a little tip: It takes about 40 minutes by boat to the lock. Unfortunately, it takes longer than expected. But this long way is worth it :)

Wonderful intimate togetherness for two

We spent almost two weeks in this beautiful villa. After two previous Florida stays, this was the nicest house. The villa is not too large, therefore optimal for two or four people. The location is simply excellent. Great sun exposure, beautiful view of the quiet canal with the fish jumping around. The house is modern, bright, and stylish as well as technically well-equipped. The micro-location is also fantastic. Where else in the USA can you find a perfect shopping opportunity, the marina with restaurants, or a great seafood restaurant just a 15-minute walk away?

Traum Villa

This newly renovated house in a prime location is absolutely recommendable! You can reach various shopping opportunities/restaurants in just a few minutes. We had a wonderful time and could fully enjoy the ambiance. The house is brilliantly designed, very well maintained, and perfectly equipped. You feel very comfortable. The pool with the beautiful view of the canal is a dream. We will remember this time fondly.

I highly recommend a boat, even though the lock is 40 minutes from the house, it's really nice to leave straight from the rental. And the beaches are worth it.

Dream villa facing south with great water views and large pool area.

We spent a week at Villa Sunshine Bay and were thrilled. The house had just been freshly renovated and completely newly and modern furnished. Everything is equipped at a high level. The absolute highlight is the breathtaking view of the water, which can be enjoyed from the living area, the master bedroom, and of course from the terrace. We also rented a boat for three days directly from the property manager, Heiko (Florida Dream Services). This was delivered directly to our own dock at the house and picked up there as well. We can only recommend it. We didn't see manatees, but we did see dolphins. The coordination with Coral Villa and the local caretaker was exemplary. It was a perfect holiday for us at Villa Sunshine Bay. We can recommend the house 100% and would love to come back.

Kept what was promised.

We arrived on 25.02.17. The house was freshly renovated until the last minute and welcomed us in a fresh attire. A lot of attention to detail was put into the work here, and a lot of value was placed on quality.
The location exceeded our expectations. Of course, the pictures speak for themselves, but when you finally arrive there and see everything with your own eyes, you realize that it's even more beautiful than in the photos. Our arrival was superbly prepared by Patricia and Heiko. After a rather long journey, we found drinks in the fridge and on the counter to start our vacation. It was a really nice welcome gesture. It was also possible to contact them at any time and get some insider tips. The emails before our trip made it even more enjoyable. And yes, I would highly recommend this holiday home to EVERYONE, as it is super beautiful... much-loved by the children: the heated pool.
