The open floor plan connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, perfect for spending time together with family or friends. The kitchen is a dream for anyone who loves to cook or simply values comfort. High-quality appliances, a large cooking island, granite countertops, and a complete set of equipment including Nespresso and Keurig coffee machines, toaster, blender, and much more leave nothing to be desired. Here, breakfast with a view of the pool is the perfect start to the day. The dining area offers space for sociable meals and flows seamlessly into the living area, where comfortable sofas and a large smart TV provide for relaxing movie nights. Additionally, there is a separate TV room – ideal for children or guests who want their own entertainment.
The four bedrooms are elegantly furnished and allow for restful sleep. In the master bedroom, you enjoy the luxury of a king-size bed, direct access to the terrace, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub, and double sinks. The other bedrooms are furnished with queen-size or single beds and share a modernly designed bathroom. Another bathroom with toilet and sink is accessible from the pool area. High-quality bed linen, fluffy towels, and tasteful decorations provide that special extra touch of comfort everywhere.
The highlight of the villa is undoubtedly the outdoor area: The large, south-facing saltwater pool can be electrically heated and is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. In principle, it is a freshwater pool without chlorine. You are guaranteed to have no more irritated eyes. Surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and a whirlpool, you can enjoy sunny days and mild evenings here. Under the covered terrace, a large dining table invites you to barbecue and eat together – the gas grill and the integrated Sonos sound system provide the perfect holiday atmosphere.
There is no lack of technical comfort either: Wi-Fi throughout the house, smart TVs in several rooms, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, and a garage for guests are, of course, included. Through the large glass fronts you always have a view of the water.
Villa Calm Waters is more than just accommodation – it is a refuge for all who seek peace, style, and relaxation. Whether you want to relax, soak up the sun, or actively explore Florida – this house offers the perfect base for unforgettable vacation days.
Beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler for your excursions are also provided. Due to the central location in the southwest of Cape Coral, you can quickly reach restaurants, supermarkets, leisure facilities, etc.
With our floor plans, which you will find at the end of the photos, we would like to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house.
Our guests are looked after by our German property management. They will be happy to assist you at any time with any questions or problems. After your arrival, you will be given an introduction to the house. In the villa you will also find a folder with valuable information about your holiday destination.
A boat rental is recommended! ! ! In Florida, no boating license is required to, for example, visit the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. The boats to choose from can be found directly on our website. In the booking, you can then directly select the boat you want.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America due to its countless canals. From Fort Myers airport it's about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks like Sea World, Disney World, or Universal Studios. 1 hr south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with a yacht club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. In the area, you will find many shopping opportunities. The nearest large supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Large shopping mall and outlet stores in 20 minutes. The Sun Splash Water Park is in close proximity. Cape Coral is located right between the fantastic islands of Captiva, Sanibel, and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.
