Description
The entire villa has been completely modernized and newly furnished, and the large pool has been completely rebuilt. It impresses with its great location and the breathtaking view of the canal. Enjoy unforgettable hours of sunshine from your spacious pool area. Right after entering, you are in the light-filled living area with a view of the water. Here you can spend cozy family evenings after preparing delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine available). With access to open water, you can start your boat tours directly from the boat dock!
For music fans, we have installed the Sonos speaker system (Wi-Fi speakers). This way, you can listen to your favorite home radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.
The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom with king size bed and adjoining bathroom has a great view of the pool area and the water. From there – as well as from the living area – you have direct access to the pool. The two guest rooms are spacious and both have a walk-in closet. The bright guest bathroom offers a shower and bathtub.
In the morning, enjoy your breakfast on the beautiful terrace with the first rays of sunshine. The loungers and the space by the large pool invite you to linger and relax. The large covered terrace offers plenty of space and is perfect for sitting outside even in strong sun or a brief rain shower. Next to it is a cozy lounge with TV and fireplace. Here you can end the day in peace or enjoy a drink in the evening. A special highlight is the outdoor kitchen, where you can easily prepare snacks and dinners.
The pool and spa are electrically heatable (separately) and operated with a salt system, making the water especially pleasant and gentle on the skin. There is also a massage waterfall in the pool. An outdoor shower is also available.
For great cooking fun, a BBQ grill is ready for you. Enjoy your meal during an unforgettable sunset and warm evening air, and enjoy a few cocktails in the heatable whirlpool. A cornhole game is also available.
In addition to the good house amenities, you will also find beach chairs, a cooler, and beach utensils for your excursions in the garage.
Two kayaks are available for you to explore the area from the water.

A boat rental is recommended!!! In Florida, no boating license is required and the boat you rent from us will be right at your booked villa, so you can, for example, head to the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! With a bit of luck, you may spot dolphins. The boats to choose from can be found directly on our website. When booking, you can select the boat you want.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. Vacation days in a charming oasis that combines relaxation and comfort!

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. About 30 minutes from Fort Myers Airport and 2 hours from Tampa to the house. 2.5 hours to Orlando with its many parks like Sea World, Disney World, or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples into the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with a Yacht Club. The most famous ones, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, or Captiva Island, can also be reached in 35 minutes. In the area you will find many shopping opportunities. The nearest large supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Large shopping mall and outlet stores in 20 minutes. The water park Sun Splash is located in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is situated right between the dreamlike islands of Captiva, Sanibel, and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.

• from the 90th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the invoice amount

The relevant date is the date your notification is received by CoralVilla. If received on a Sunday or public holiday, the next working day is considered the date of receipt.
If your deposit is not received within 5 days after receipt of the booking confirmation, we kindly ask for your understanding that the booking will be canceled by us.
Cancellation of the rental agreement is no longer possible within 30 days before the start of the rental period. All payments already made (reservation deposit and final payment) will be forfeited. If the final payment is not made on time, this will be interpreted as a cancellation and will result in the loss of the deposit.
