Welcome to this beautifully renovated pool villa in a fantastic neighbourhood in Cape Coral. Villa Lazy Days has been recently refurbished and comfortably furnished and can accommodate up to seven people.
The living area is spacious and open-plan, with two seating areas offering plenty of space for relaxing and cosy TV evenings.
The fully equipped, bright kitchen with professional appliances is integrated directly into the living area. There is a counter with four stools and a beautiful dining table for communal meals.
For music and film fans, we have installed the Sonos loudspeaker system (WLAN speaker). This allows you to listen to your favourite radio stations or your own playlist via your own mobile device in the house or pool area.
The sliding doors to the covered terrace can be opened directly from the living room. A dining area, a lounge corner with a view of the water and pool loungers await you. There is also a BBQ grill for cosy barbecue evenings.
Cool off in the beautiful south-facing pool - ideal for enjoying the sun all day long. This and the whirlpool can be heated electrically. The terrace is the perfect place to relax with your family on beautiful days. Enjoy the sweeping view of the canal!
The master bedroom is generously proportioned and has direct access to the terrace. The spacious bathroom has a double washbasin, shower and bathtub.
A second bedroom also has a view and access to the terrace. The adjoining bathroom leads directly onto the lanai.
The third bedroom and a small room with a sofa bed share another bathroom.
Your private boat deck with lift (on request) awaits you directly on the canal. Start your exploration tours by boat through the canals and to the beautiful beaches directly from here.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, a cool box and beach utensils for your excursions in the garage.
With our floor plans, which you will find at the end of the photos, we would like to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house.
Boat hire is recommended!!! No boat licence is required in Florida and the boat rented from us is moored directly at your own boat dock, e.g. to visit the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! With a bit of luck you will be accompanied by dolphins. You can hire the boat directly from us. We will be happy to send you detailed information and boat descriptions.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only permitted outside.
Our guests are looked after by our German property manager. They will always be ready to help you with any questions or problems you may have. After your arrival you will be shown around the house. In the villa you will also find a folder with valuable information about your holiday destination.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America due to its countless canals. About 30 minutes from Fort Myers Airport and 2 hours from Tampa to the house. 2.5 hours to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World and Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with a yacht club. The best-known beaches, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island, can also be reached in 35 minutes. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The nearest large supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Large shopping mall and outlet stores in 20 min. The Sun Splash water park is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.
