The Villa Nectar offers everything a woman needs for a dream vacation. Beautiful holiday villa with a great pool and very high-quality equipment. A feel-good atmosphere is guaranteed. Ideally located for all kinds of excursions - whether it's Prime Outlet, dream beaches, or just a trip to the Atlantic coast or Miami. In the immediate vicinity, there are fine restaurants for every palate. If you prefer to cook yourself, you will find top fresh offers at the farmers market, but there is also no shortage of supermarkets.

Great house in a good location

The house is located in a quiet residential area in the east of Venice.
The house and grounds and the pool are very well maintained. The house has very high-quality, tasteful furnishings and lovely decoration. The equipment with cooking utensils, dishes, and also towels etc. is great and everything is available in sufficient quantity.
A barbecue would be the icing on the cake.
The pool is big enough to swim laps and is protected by a cage together with the terrace. The orientation of the house means that there are always both sunny and shady areas.
Outside you can hear the nearby Center Road a bit, but inside the house it is completely quiet.
Shops like Publix or Walmart, the beautiful downtown of Venice and several beaches are easily reachable by car in 10-15 minutes.
Mr. Schlomer is very easy to contact with questions or problems and is extremely helpful.
We felt very comfortable in the house and will definitely come again!

We had a great stay at Villa Happy Gator and are already booking again for 2020! The very well equipped, very clean house in a great location and the private beach of Venice (ferry within a few days drive) were just right for us to relax after the tour! We especially enjoyed the pool and the lounge furniture on the terrace, pure relaxation! Many thanks to Birgit for the nice and helpful contact before and after the trip!
