On the spacious pool terrace, you can enjoy the Florida sun in the morning with a relaxed breakfast. The private pool is complemented by a whirlpool that invites you to relax. For cozy hours outdoors, the stylish lounge area with outdoor TV ensures comfort – the perfect place for sociable evenings.
The villa comfortably accommodates up to six adults. Three tastefully furnished bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living and dining area are at your disposal. The modern, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and offers everything you need for a successful stay. Especially family-friendly: The smallest guests have also been considered. A pool safety fence, crib, high chair, and various toys are already available for you and ensure a relaxing holiday with children.
Another special feature of this villa is a special pool water treatment system. For water treatment of the pool filled with fresh (sweet) water, no liquid chlorine is used; instead, chlorine gas is generated via a salt electrolysis system and added to the pool water as needed through a special system.
As a result, the water is much more skin-friendly and generally does not cause skin irritation.

Daytime temperatures rarely fall below 20 - 23 degrees even in winter. In the height of summer, the thermometer reaches between 28 - 35 degrees. There is always a light breeze blowing from the Gulf of Mexico.
