We stayed at the Villa for 9 days and felt very comfortable. The support from Sebastian was very good, so that no questions remained unanswered. The only downside was the mattress in one of the bedrooms. It either needs to be completely replaced or provided with a thick topper. Otherwise, we were very satisfied and would rent the house again at any time.

Wir verbrachten 3 Wochen in der Villa Rossi, das Haus war neu, wir waren die zweiten Gäste.
Der Check-in war einfach.
Das Haus war sehr sauber, alles ist neu und schön dekoriert. Es fehlten einige Lampen, aber die Eigentümerin versicherte mir, dass sie die Einkaufsliste bereit hat.
Die Schlafzimmer haben sehr bequeme Betten, das Hauptbadezimmer ist riesig mit einer schönen Regendusche und einer großen Badewanne sowie einem separaten WC.
Jedes Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Badezimmer. Die anderen sind kleiner, sehen aber auch großartig aus.
Die Küche ist sehr komplett, alles, was man sich wünscht, ist da: großer Kühlschrank/Gefrierer, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler....
Es gibt eine separate Speisekammer. Waschküche mit großem Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Der Pool ist sehr schön und der Poolbereich hat einen großen Tisch mit vielen Stühlen und 4 Liegen sowie einen Grill.
Große Garage für 2 Autos.
Die Straße ist ruhig, der Kanal am Pool hat einige Boote, ist aber ebenfalls ruhig.
Es gibt viele Geschäfte in der Nähe, 2 Publix in 1 km. Schöner Park zum Spazierengehen ist der Rotary Park mit einem AussichtsTurm.
Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer ist großartig, sehr schnelle Antworten auf Fragen und als wir ein Problem hatten, kam der Handwerker innerhalb weniger Stunden….
Kurz gesagt, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Rossi und können sie sehr empfehlen….
