This newly renovated holiday villa is located on a canal in a beautiful and very quiet residential area with mature trees in southwest Florida.
The house has a fully equipped, large kitchen, three bedrooms for up to six people, two of them with direct access to the pool and two bathrooms, one with shower and one with shower and bathtub.
Bed linen, towels and bath towels are of course provided in sufficient quantity during your stay. The house has a spacious outdoor area with a covered terrace, a heated pool and a full insect screen with its own barbecue area and gas barbecue.
Anglers will find a real paradise right on their doorstep.
Fort Myers is located in southwest Florida and offers many different options for holiday planning. Fort Myers Beach is known for its white, manicured sandy beaches and various water sports. There are also numerous golf courses and tennis courts. Fort Myers Downtown is the historic city centre, which has recently been renovated and offers many shops, restaurants, bars and cafés. Large shopping centres invite you to shop. Fort Myers offers day trips to the Everglades, other cities and amusement parks.
The offshore islands of Sanibel, Pine Island and Captiva are within easy reach.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Likewise, smoking is only permitted in the outdoor area.
Boat rental is recommended!!! In Florida, a boat licence is not necessary, e.g. to access the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. You will find the boats to choose from directly under the location map after the description. You can then select the boat you want directly in the booking.
