Visit this vacation home and enjoy the real Florida feeling in a top location! Both downtown Fort Myers and Cape Coral are only a few minutes away, so you can enjoy the advantages of both locations.

The newly renovated vacation villa is located on a canal in a beautiful and very quiet residential area with old trees in Southwest Florida. The house features a fully equipped, large kitchen, three bedrooms for up to six people, two of which have direct access to the pool, and two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a shower and bathtub.
Bed linen, towels, and bath towels are, of course, available in sufficient quantity during your stay. The house features a spacious outdoor area with a covered terrace, a heated pool, and full insect protection with its own barbecue area and gas grill.

Anglers will find a true paradise right on their doorstep. Two kayaks are available for you to explore the area from the water.

Fort Myers is located in southwest Florida and offers many different options for vacation planning. Fort Myers Beach is known for its white, well-kept sandy beaches and various water sports. There are also numerous golf courses and tennis courts. Fort Myers Downtown is the historic city center, which was recently renovated and offers many shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés. Large shopping centers invite you to shop. Fort Myers offers day trips to the Everglades, other cities, and amusement parks. The offshore islands Sanibel, Pine Island, and Captiva are easily reached in a short time.

In addition to the good house amenities, you will also find beach chairs, a cooler, and beach equipment for your excursions in the garage.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.

Boat rental is recommended! ! ! In Florida, a boating license is not required to, for example, visit the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. The boats available for selection can be found directly below the location map after the description. In the booking, you can then directly select the boat you want.
*Unfortunately, due to low water levels, no boat can currently be delivered to the villa, but we are happy to offer you an alternative dock if you still wish to rent a boat.
