For even more outdoor fun, there's also an additional sundeck right on the canal. Here you can fish, sunbathe, or use the two kayaks for a paddling tour. There is also a dock suitable for renting a motorboat. Other recreational options include bicycles, table tennis, air hockey, darts, and much more.
Inside the villa, you will be impressed by the high ceilings and large sliding glass doors that open to a magnificent view of the canal. Everything is well-equipped and tastefully decorated, with plenty of space for up to eight people. The villa has two master suites and two additional bedrooms (all with king-size beds), three bathrooms, a kitchen with an open dining area, a billiard room, and a spacious living room.
Another special feature of this villa is a special pool water treatment plant. For water treatment, the pool filled with fresh water does not use liquid chlorine. Instead, chlorine gas is generated via a salt electrolysis system, which is added to the pool water as needed through a special system.
As a result, the water is much more skin-friendly and generally does not cause skin irritations.

The luxurious villa is located on an oversized V-shaped property. 61 meters long seawall on intersecting canals with gulf access facing south in Cape Coral, located on the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, can easily be described as paradise. The climate is not only extremely pleasant in winter; it is also and especially comfortable in summer. On average, Florida has 330 sunny days a year. The daytime temperatures rarely fall below 20 - 23 degrees even in winter. In the height of summer, the thermometer reaches between 28-35 degrees. A gentle breeze always blows from the Gulf of Mexico.
