This charming villa impresses with its location and comfortable amenities, offering everything you don't want to miss during your vacation. Quiet yet very centrally located, just a few minutes from Cape Coral Downtown, Villa Catalina Isles is situated in a very good American neighborhood. On the south-facing property with pool deck, you can let yourself be pampered by the Florida sun and find refreshing coolness in the large pool. Boat dock, terrace, and lanai are equipped with plenty of sun loungers, tables, and chairs.

In this dreamlike atmosphere by the water under palm trees, you can let your thoughts drift. At the local boat rental, you can rent a boat to discover the islands and beaches of the Gulf of Mexico from your own boat dock. The unique location allows access to the Gulf even by sailboat in just a few minutes!

The villa is furnished in the typical Florida style. All three bedrooms have king-size beds, smart TV, and NETFLIX.

The villa is south facing on the 200 ft wide canal and offers boat lovers the opportunity to reach the Caloosahatchee River in just a few minutes. The Gulf of Mexico and the islands of Sanibel and Captiva with their dream beaches are then only a stone's throw away. Ideal: rent a boat (also a sailboat), moor it at the house and plan beautiful cruises for a few days!
Cape Coral is easy to reach from all over the world via Fort Myers International Airport
With your rental car you can reach Villa Catalina Isles from RSW Airport in about 30 minutes

Nearby you will find all shopping facilities and you can quickly reach downtown Cape Coral or Fort Myers by car. Depending on the traffic, the most beautiful beaches can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

The on-site administration team will help you even if you have problems with the local language, they also speak German.

Villa Catalina Isles is perfect for holidays with children. No matter what age, your kids will have fun and enjoy the sun - whether in or at the pool (SOLAR & electrically heated) or during the great excursions that Cape Coral, Sanibel and Captiva as well as the state of Florida offer. The large garden with its palm trees offers plenty of space and shade especially for the little ones, but also for the grown-ups, to play, romp, read and enjoy

Cape Coral is a very good starting point for all possible excursions, as it is very centrally located. The offshore islands with their unique snow-white and palm-covered beaches and the emerald-coloured sea, Sanibel (Lighthouse Beach and Bowman Beach), Captiva Island, Pine Island, or Gasparilla Island (with manatees on the beach) to the north are all easily accessible by car or boat. Each of the islands is uniquely beautiful and has its own special Caribbean flair.

Boating is an absolute must. Especially as Villa Catalina Isles has a private jetty. Thanks to the many canals, you can take boat trips directly from the boat dock of your holiday villa-on-a-time. Always accompanied by smiling dolphins. And always an adventure when you sail to uninhabited islands. Boat rentals with reasonable prices are available in great variety. On excursions with a rented boat in the romantic canals, you can marvel at the beautiful villas with their tropically landscaped gardens or head straight for the nearest waterfront restaurant

There are several beautifully designed golf courses, a beautiful park in the eastern part of the city for picnics, a water park (SunSplash) for the kids on Santa Barbara Blvd. A small beach with a long pier and restaurant, a fantastic setting at sunset
A little further away are Bush Gardens and Ybor City near Tampa, the Marine Aquarium in Clearwater, and an absolute must in Fort Myers are Edison's and Ford's Winterhome with laboratory and of course a visit to one of the many wildlife refuges (Ding Darling on Captiva Island) and the Everglades.

This house is worth more than the amount!

As the house is described, so you find it. In one word, completely Top! Complete, clean, right location, and well-maintained. The email contact with the owner was excellent. On-site, BMI was our contact, which was also perfectly accessible. Definitely worth repeating, and we will recommend it.

Villa Catalina Isles, the Second!

Already after our first vacation in 2015 in your wonderful and tastefully decorated Villa Catalina Isles, we decided that this would not be the last time...

Now the time has come again: The contract for 2017 is here, and we are sure that everything will go as smoothly as the first time. Everything just fits: location, furnishings, and especially all the little details (drinks in the fridge, beach equipment,...) that are not taken for granted. We have already been to several villas, yours is one of the most beautiful...

The friendly contact and the smooth processing together with the BMI team complete the experience!

Our dream vacation

We spent our dream vacation in Villa Catalina in June. The location is very quiet, and the shopping facilities for daily needs are quickly reachable. The check-in with the BMI staff was very nice, informative, and trustworthy, so we felt well taken care of during our vacation. The house is equipped with everything one could need while on vacation. From the arrangement of the living and sleeping areas, a fully equipped kitchen, to the beach equipment - everything is there. We really miss our morning baths in the pool today. Among the numerous restaurants in Cape Coral, we liked "Water City Grill" the most. When we think back to our vacation, we are still overwhelmed by the house and everything that comes with it. It left no wishes unfulfilled for us. We are glad we made that choice. Thank you very much Bettina and Gunnar,
for letting us spend our vacation in your wonderful house.

Dream vacation in a dream location!

After two action-packed weeks in this very beautiful house, we are now back home. We were very satisfied from start to finish. The handling of the rental, arrival with the key, support from the local agency, furnishings, and especially the cleanliness of the house and key handover at the end of the vacation—all went smoothly and were in impeccable condition. The location was also optimal; we utilized the dock for our rental boat as well. No street noise, no loud neighbors.

Summary: 1+ for everything

Great vacation in the dream house

Daily life has us back, but we brought home a big bag full of beautiful memories from a great time in Florida.

Upon arriving in Cape Coral, it was no problem finding their villa – as soon as we entered, we felt like we had arrived.

Everything matched 1 to 1 as described. There was nothing we could have missed. The BMI coordinators welcomed us on Monday and informed us about all the important things again. We did not use the beautiful living space; life only took place in the kitchen and the outdoor area. We would have loved to sleep on the sun loungers, but as a northern light, one also loves a well-cooled bedroom.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your dream house; we felt very comfortable and enjoyed everything to the fullest. We can very well imagine a reunion with your Villa Catalina Isles!!!

Dolphins directly at the villa!

After overcoming jet lag, we are only now getting around to writing a few lines today.
The reception by BMI in your holiday home (around 1 o'clock) was very bright and musical (living room lights and great music) and well done. The premises were very clean and tidy. We especially enjoyed the heated pool. Our grandchildren were like "fish kids." The view of the canal with its abundance of fish (even dolphins!) was unique. We had a wonderful time in your house. Warm regards from the Watz family.

Christmas in a different way...

This year, we decided to escape the dreary weather in Germany and travel to the sun. We are Marion (40), Kilian (15), and I, Franz (46). We also decided to bring my parents (Grandpa 70, Grandma 64) along. We arrived at the villa on December 24th around midnight and immediately felt at home. The villa is very tastefully furnished and in absolutely top condition. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. Not to forget - for beach outings, there are also two coolers available, in addition to plenty of sunshades and beach towels. The pool is large enough for morning laps and to play around with a water ball. The nice thing is that it is also heated.
The villa is beautifully situated by the canal with its own boat dock. Shopping facilities and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. A baker, who has freshly baked rolls, is also easily reachable on foot in about 10 minutes.
The first contact with the landlord after our inquiry was very pleasant and immediately gave us a good feeling.
We know that this was certainly not the last time...

"Wonderful house in great location."

We traveled from Illinois with two exchange students from the Netherlands and Italy and met friends from Germany for a week in Cape Coral at Villa Catalina Isles. We have done this for the past several years. We found the house to be our most enjoyable stay out of the homes we have stayed in over the years. It was very clean, neat and orderly. The beds were comfortable. Everything worked as described. The location was just off the main street in Cape Coral, so restaurants and other stores were all close at hand. We found a wonderful German bakery only three blocks away. The pool was great, and the canal behind the house was the cleanest we have seen. Overall, it was a wonderful week, and the people at BMI were great to work with. Thanks! John

The Great Cape Coral Escape

My wife Mary and I were searching for a waterfront property that included a private pool, but needed it to be pet friendly because we always travel with our princess Nala. Upon approval from Gunnar and Bettina, we were able to bring our baby girl. Some people might say that pictures are deceiving, but Villa Catalina is as beautiful as we imagined. The home is very well maintained and very clean. Plenty of room for 3 couples or an entire family. There are plenty of lounging areas both in and outside the lanai. And privacy was never a concern. You don't need to bring a thing, just groceries. All the amenities of home are included. There are plenty of local waterfront restaurants, our favorite was Rum Runners, but there was a very nice one at the yacht club as well. The thing I was most impressed with was the property management company BMI-Homes. They responded immediately to our requests. The lawn and pool service people kept the property in top shape. Additionally, I have been in contact with the owner Gunnar throughout the process of booking and returning home from our vacation. He has been very gracious and delightful to deal with on a personal and professional level. If you were to ask me or my wife if we would recommend Villa Catalina for your next vacation, my response would be 100% absolutely yes. The only thing that would have made our vacation better would be if I owned a boat. There are plenty of places to rent a boat/kayak/jet skis etc. Not to mention numerous places to go fishing. Or you can do as I did and just fish off the dock. Either way it was a sun/fun filled vacation. Thank you to Gunnar and Bettina.

We live in Hamburg and have been Florida fans for many years! We have often travelled to SWFL and became owners of this beautiful house a few years ago. Why this accommodation in particular? Very clear! The location and the comfort! In this area of Cape Coral the canals are 60 m wide, the properties have practically no opposite If you want to rent a boat, you can moor directly at the house and be in the Gulf of Mexico in a few minutes.
