This villa has recently been newly and comfortably furnished and offers space for up to eight people. The high ceilings create a homely atmosphere to feel at ease.

Directly from the living and dining area, the sliding doors open onto the covered terrace, where you can relax in the seating area and on the pool loungers. The beautiful saltwater pool provides cooling. This can be heated electrically and is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. In principle, it is a freshwater pool without chlorine. You are guaranteed no more irritated eyes.
Enjoy the wide view of the broad Eternity Canal - from here it is only a short boat ride to Cape Harbour.
Experience relaxed cooking evenings in the fully equipped kitchen with professional appliances. The large kitchen island with sink and granite worktops gives you even more space to cook.
The master bedroom is spacious and has access to the lanai through French doors and windows overlooking the canal. The three other bedrooms share two bathrooms.
In addition to the good home furnishings, you'll find beach chairs, cooler and beach essentials for your outings in the garage.
With our floor plans, which you will find at the end of the photos, we would like to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house.
Boat rental is recommended!!! In Florida you don't need a boat licence and the boat you rent from us is directly at your own boat dock, e.g. to go to the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! With a little luck you will be accompanied by dolphins. You will find the boats to choose from directly under the location map after the description. You can then select the boat you want directly in the booking.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only permitted in the outdoor area.

This holiday home is located in the popular southwest of Cape Coral. Here you will find a great grown-up neighbourhood. The streets have bicycle or jogging paths and Cape Harbour with its marina, restaurants and ice cream parlour is not far away.

Super Unterkunft
Die Villa läßt keine Wünsche offen, es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt, man fühlt sich, als wäre man hier zu Hause. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, Fort Myers Beach ca. 25 min. entfernt. Die Betreuung und der Kontakt mit Frau Schommer, war toll , wir werden wiederkommen Grüße aus Berlin
