Villa Harmony in Cape Coral is a dreamlike retreat in the sunny southwest of Florida that makes vacation dreams come true. This spaciously designed vacation home with around 180 m² of living space offers room for up to six people and impresses with its southern orientation, which provides radiant sunshine and a warm, inviting atmosphere all day long. You can already feel the loving and high-quality furnishings as soon as you enter the house: continuous tile and wooden floors without carpeting not only create a modern atmosphere, but are also ideal for allergy sufferers.
The open living area offers a cozy sofa, a large television, and high-speed Wi-Fi, making sociable evenings with movies or games just as possible as relaxed reading hours. The kitchen is a highlight for all those who enjoy cooking on vacation: it is modern, furnished to a high standard with fine granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the comforts one could wish for when preparing delicious meals.
The large master bedroom opens directly onto the pool area and pampers with a comfortable king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and an elegant bathroom with double sinks, shower, and toilet. The two additional bedrooms are also equipped with spacious king-size beds and ample storage space, and share a stylish bathroom with bathtub, shower, and direct access to the outdoor area.
The outdoor area is the true centerpiece of this villa. The large, heatable pool invites you to refreshing swims, while loungers and a large barbecue area are perfect for sunny afternoons and sociable evenings outdoors. On the covered terrace, the day can be brought to a close with shared meals and a relaxed atmosphere.
The location of Villa Harmony is ideal for getting the most out of a Florida vacation: peacefully situated and yet only a short walk from the picturesque Cape Harbour marina, where charming restaurants, cozy cafés, boutiques, and the marina invite you to stroll, enjoy, and discover. The proximity to beaches, shopping opportunities, and numerous excursion destinations makes this villa the perfect starting point for varied adventures on Florida’s west coast.
On site, you will be looked after by our German-speaking property management, who are always available if you have any questions. Overall, Villa Harmony is a place where families, couples, or groups of friends can feel completely comfortable, unwind, and fully enjoy the Florida lifestyle – a home away from home that makes your vacation unforgettable. You will find restaurants, shops, and the marina with the yachts where you can stroll around a bit.

Adjacent is Camelot Park with free tennis courts, BBQ stations/pavilions and a beautiful playground. Also nearby (walking distance) is Cape Harbour, the modern and beautifully designed marina with several restaurants, ice cream parlour, live music in the evenings and much more. Always worth a visit! The supermarket (Publix) and several restaurants are also within walking distance

A withdrawal from the rental agreement is no longer possible 30 days before the start of the rental period. All payments already made (reservation deposit and final payment) will be forfeited. If the final payment is not made on time, this will be interpreted as a cancellation and will result in the loss of the deposit.

About 30 min from Fort Myers airport and 2 hours from Tampa to the house. 2.5 hours to Orlando with its many parks like Sea World, Disney World, or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples into the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with a yacht club. The most well-known, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, or Captiva Island, can also be reached in 35 min. In the area you will find many shopping opportunities. The nearest large supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Large shopping mall and outlet stores in 20 minutes. The Sun Splash water park is located in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral lies right between the dreamlike islands of Captiva, Sanibel, and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.

Great vacation!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The home was in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and provided everything we would need. Our 3yr old granddaughter loved the pool and the steps across both ends of the pool made it more accessible for her as she learns to swim. We feel that this rental was a good value too!

CoralVilla's Villa Harmony is a wonderful location for a quiet, restful vacation. Beautifully decorated and stocked with all the necessities to provide an at-home atmosphere, visitors will enjoy all the comforts of home. The pool is wonderful and very private. House was great.
Had plenty of space and the pool kept the kids entertained. About an hr to all good local beaches. 7-15 min from some great restaurants and in a nice quiet neighborhood. House was great for our family. Thank you and we will reccomend your place to our friends.

We would like to thank Patricia and Heiko for their prompt attention to the ghost ant problem that is very common in the Cape Coral area, and for their follow up phone call to make sure we were satisfied and that the problem was solved. We would also like to thank Patricia for her recommendation to visit the Lakes Regional Park.....it was a great day with our small grandkids!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und würden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen oder weiter empfehlen.
Absolute Weiterempfehlung!
Das Haus ist nicht nur äußerst großzügig geschnitten, es ist auch erstklassig ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Klimaanlage, WLAN, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine, diverse Fernseher inkl. DVD-Spieler, sämtliche Gewürze und Kochutensilien, ein großer Kühlschrank mit Eismacher, etc. etc. . Die Liste ist bei Weitem nicht vollständig, es gab in jedem Fall nichts, was wir in diesem Haus vermisst haben.
3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer (inkl. Esszimmer ) und natürlich die fantastische Terrasse am Pool (mit BBQ-Grill und TV) bieten mehr als ausreichend Platz für bis zu 6 Personen.
Die Bilder lügen nicht, das Haus ist einfach großartig.
Das Haus war blitzblank sauber und sehr gut gepflegt, die deutschsprachigen Verwalter vor Ort waren supernett und im Bedarfsfall jederzeit erreichbar.
Der Mietpreis für dieses fantastische Ferienhaus ist in jedem Fall mehr als angemessen, der Stromverbrauch, der separat zu zahlen ist, war überschaubar. Die in bar hinterlegte Kaution wurde problemlos zurückgezahlt.
Wir können das Haus bedingungslos empfehlen und werden, sofern wir noch mal nach Cape Coral fahren, in jedem Fall wieder dieses Domizil wählen.
Anreise war sehr gut organisiert und es gab bereits im Vorfeld alle nötigen Infos, wie Lage, Anfahrt und den Code für den Schlüsselsafe, somit war es egal um welche Zeit wir das Haus übernehmen. Wir sind erst spät am Abend in Fort Myers gelandet und haben nach etwa 30 Minuten Autofahrt das schön beleuchtete und einladende Haus gefunden. Innen waren wir sofort überwältigt. Alles sehr sauber und aufgeräumt, wie auf den Fotos, sehr hochwertige und edel eingerichtet. Und das beste, keine Spur von irgendeinem Floridakitsch ;-). Das Master-Schlafzimmer ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und besitzt ein direkt angeschlossenes Badezimmer mit einer großen Dusche. An das Badezimmer schließt sich eine Ankleide mit ausreichend Platz an. Die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer sind auch ausreichend groß und funktionell. Das zweite Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne. Die Küche ist modern und verfügt über alles was man sich vorstellen kann. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig und nimmt einen großen Teil des Hauses ein. Ein großes Ledersofa und riesen Fernseher laden zum DVD Abend. Vom Wohnzimmeraus gelangt man auf die große Terrasse mit Essecke, Gasgrill, TV, Liegen, ... und an den Pool. Der Pool ist schön groß, gepflegt und sauber. Der Gesamte Außenbereich ist mit einem Screen abgedeckt.
Das Haus verfügt über eine Doppelgarage, wobei bereits ein Auto (vom Hausbesitzer) drin geparkt ist. Trotzdem genug Platz vorhanden.
Die Vermietung des Hauses wurde von einem deutschen Ehepaar organisiert das selbst in der Nähe wohnt. Sehr netter Kontakt im Vorfeld und auch vor Ort eine optimale Betreuung.
Das Haus kann von uns einfach zu 100% empfohlen werden. Es war einfach ein Traumhaus zu einem super Preis. Die Kaution gab es ohne Probleme zurück.
