Beautiful

The home was just beautiful! My husband and I had a wonderful week here. The pool was larger than we thought! The lawn was very well manicured and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Perfect for our get away! The check in and check out went very smooth and quick, Patricia and Anja worked around our schedule for the meetings and when we were unsure about how to use the grill Patricia’s husband came over to show us. Very happy with our stay and highly recommended!

We hope to stay again!

We stayed at Villa Harmony for two weeks and had a wonderful time! The home is clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the TV in the pool area was a nice surprise. We were there for New Year's Eve and could watch the countdown from the pool!! It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Perfect for morning walks. The managers were very helpful with recommendations for the area. They recommended Lakes Regional Park in Ft Myers, which was a hit for our small grandchildren. Thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful home! We hope to stay again! We would like to thank Patricia and Heiko for their prompt attention to the ghost ant problem that is very common in the Cape Coral area, and for their follow-up phone call to make sure we were satisfied and that the problem was solved. We would also like to thank Patricia for her recommendation to visit the Lakes Regional Park. It was a great day with our small grandkids!

Beautiful holiday villa in a beautiful location.

We are very happy to have chosen Villa Paradise in Cape Coral! Great location - very private and quiet and a good starting point for trips to Sanibel/Captiva Island, Fort Myers, Everglade City, etc. The villa was very clean, nicely furnished, and everything was in perfect condition. The kitchen is well equipped, the grill and the pool were our highlights. Thanks to the fly screens, we had no problems with insects. The check-in and check-out went smoothly and very flexibly, and German contacts were always available for questions. We can fully recommend Villa Paradise!

Lovely place to relax in Cape Coral

We enjoyed our time staying in this lovely home. The house was very clean, and everything worked properly.The pictures on the listng represent the home well. We spent most of our time out in the patio area and pool. The neiborhood is nice and very quiet, great for early morning walks! We will definetly stay at this home again if we find ourselves back in Cape Coral.

Dream vacation in a very beautiful holiday home.

Beautiful holiday villa that leaves nothing to be desired. Everything is simply there. Very tastefully and practically furnished, fully corresponds to the advertisement and is ideal for a holiday with children.

The large well-kept pool is surrounded by vegetation and creates an undisturbed atmosphere. Pure relaxation!!!

Very nice care by the German-speaking landlord before and during our stay. We had a very nice holiday and would definitely book the house again or recommend it to others.

Erholung pur

The house is very beautiful. Everything was perfectly clean, nothing was missing and there was sufficient equipment available, which is not always the case. What we really liked was the information folder, which included tips for places worth visiting that we didn't know yet. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it, also due to the nice contact and smooth handling.

Wunderschöne Villa - alles vorhanden

Wir (Familie mit 3 Kindern) haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Harmony total genossen! Von der Kühltasche über Poolnudeln, Liegestühlen + Liegetücher, Navi, Waschmaschine + Trockner, komplette Küchenausstattung + nagelneuer Gasgrill war alles vorhanden. Riesig viel Platz für uns alle, Badewanne-warmer Pool. Alles super sauber. Freundlicher Kontakt im Voraus + netter Empfang (deutsschrachig) + sofortige Abhilfe bei Problem mit der Klimaanlage. Was will man mehr! Tolle Ausflüge z. B. Everglades, Edison&Ford Winter Estates, Sanibel Island, Sanibel Outlet, Venice Beach (Haifischzahn-Strand.

Top address + very nice property

A truly beautiful house in a quiet location with comfortable, tasteful, and very well-maintained -clean- furnishings. The care by the property management (German) was also great. As a family (4), we spent a week on site, felt completely comfortable, and often used the beautiful pool in the best weather. By car, Cape Coral is also a good starting point for nice excursions. We would gladly come back for another vacation in Florida. Absolutely recommended!

Traumurlaub in Florida im wunderschönen Haus

The house is exactly as described. Everything is clean and well-maintained. The entire process from booking to final inspection is completely uncomplicated. We felt well taken care of and are already looking forward to our next vacation in Cape Coral. It was also great to find many things in the house (beach chairs, bath toys, etc.). Traumhaftes Ferienhaus mit Top-Ausstattung

Mit unseren beiden Kindern haben wir eine traumhaft schöne Woche in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht.
Das Haus ist nicht nur äußerst großzügig geschnitten, es ist auch erstklassig ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Klimaanlage, WLAN, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine, diverse Fernseher inkl. DVD-Spieler, sämtliche Gewürze und Kochutensilien, ein großer Kühlschrank mit Eismacher, etc. etc. . Die Liste ist bei Weitem nicht vollständig, es gab in jedem Fall nichts, was wir in diesem Haus vermisst haben.
3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer (inkl. Esszimmer ) und natürlich die fantastische Terrasse am Pool (mit BBQ-Grill und TV) bieten mehr als ausreichend Platz für bis zu 6 Personen.

Die Bilder lügen nicht, das Haus ist einfach großartig.

Das Haus war blitzblank sauber und sehr gut gepflegt, die deutschsprachigen Verwalter vor Ort waren supernett und im Bedarfsfall jederzeit erreichbar.
Der Mietpreis für dieses fantastische Ferienhaus ist in jedem Fall mehr als angemessen, der Stromverbrauch, der separat zu zahlen ist, war überschaubar. Die in bar hinterlegte Kaution wurde problemlos zurückgezahlt.

Wir können das Haus bedingungslos empfehlen und werden, sofern wir noch mal nach Cape Coral fahren, in jedem Fall wieder dieses Domizil wählen.

Traumurlaub im Traumhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben das Haus dieses Jahr für drei Wochen gemietet. Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer und ist perfekt für bis zu sechs Personen geeignet. Wir waren zu viert, davon ein Kind.
Anreise war sehr gut organisiert und es gab bereits im Vorfeld alle nötigen Infos, wie Lage, Anfahrt und den Code für den Schlüsselsafe, somit war es egal um welche Zeit wir das Haus übernehmen. Wir sind erst spät am Abend in Fort Myers gelandet und haben nach etwa 30 Minuten Autofahrt das schön beleuchtete und einladende Haus gefunden. Innen waren wir sofort überwältigt. Alles sehr sauber und aufgeräumt, wie auf den Fotos, sehr hochwertige und edel eingerichtet. Und das beste, keine Spur von irgendeinem Floridakitsch ;-). Das Master-Schlafzimmer ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und besitzt ein direkt angeschlossenes Badezimmer mit einer großen Dusche. An das Badezimmer schließt sich eine Ankleide mit ausreichend Platz an. Die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer sind auch ausreichend groß und funktionell. Das zweite Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne. Die Küche ist modern und verfügt über alles was man sich vorstellen kann. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig und nimmt einen großen Teil des Hauses ein. Ein großes Ledersofa und riesen Fernseher laden zum DVD Abend. Vom Wohnzimmeraus gelangt man auf die große Terrasse mit Essecke, Gasgrill, TV, Liegen, ... und an den Pool. Der Pool ist schön groß, gepflegt und sauber. Der Gesamte Außenbereich ist mit einem Screen abgedeckt.
Das Haus verfügt über eine Doppelgarage, wobei bereits ein Auto (vom Hausbesitzer) drin geparkt ist. Trotzdem genug Platz vorhanden.
Die Vermietung des Hauses wurde von einem deutschen Ehepaar organisiert das selbst in der Nähe wohnt. Sehr netter Kontakt im Vorfeld und auch vor Ort eine optimale Betreuung.
Das Haus kann von uns einfach zu 100% empfohlen werden. Es war einfach ein Traumhaus zu einem super Preis. Die Kaution gab es ohne Probleme zurück.
