Welcome to the dreamlike Villa Elements – a brand new, stylishly furnished vacation home directly on a freshwater canal in Cape Coral, Florida. This luxurious accommodation offers approximately 210 m² of space for up to 6 people, combining modern design with high-quality amenities for an unforgettable vacation by the water.
The open living area is bright and inviting: large glass surfaces open onto the pool deck, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor areas. The couch with a large TV allows for exciting movie nights. Simply log in with your own account to the well-known streaming services. For music fans, we have installed the Sonos speaker system (Wi-Fi speakers). This allows you, among other things, to listen to your favorite home radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: modern appliances, as well as an original Nespresso machine, generous work surfaces, and a cozy dining area make cooking a pleasure. Each of the three bedrooms features a large double bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The two master bedrooms have direct access to the pool area through glass sliding doors.

Enjoy the heated saltwater pool with whirlpool and relax on the comfortable pool loungers. Make yourself comfortable in the lounge area with TV or use the outdoor kitchen with large stainless steel grill for a barbecue under the starry sky. Thanks to the west-facing location, you can experience impressive sunsets over the water.
This villa is the perfect choice for anyone who wants to combine elegance, comfort, and the Florida lifestyle – whether for a family vacation, a trip with friends, or simply to relax by the water.
In addition to the good house amenities, you will also find beach chairs, a cooler, and beach accessories for your outings in the garage. With our floor plans, which you will find at the end of the photos, we would like to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house.

Cape Coral has its own small beach with a Yacht Club. The most well-known, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, or Captiva Island, can also be reached in 35 minutes. In the area you will find many shopping opportunities. The nearest large supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Large shopping mall and outlet stores in 20 minutes. The water park Sun Splash is located in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is situated right between the dreamlike islands of Captiva, Sanibel, and Pine Island. We loved it!
A must book home! We had an amazing time at this property. The entire house was impeccably clean, the bed and sheets were super comfortable, and all the decor, furnishings, and everyday household items like cutlery, cups, etc were in perfect condition. You can tell how well kept this rental property is. Property management was quick to address any of our questions. Our only suggestion would be to have an outdoor speaker in case you want to have music playing only in the patio, but if you don’t mind music playing throughout the house, the speaker sound system in the living room is perfect and music can be heard in the pool without a problem. This property deserves all the star ratings available and I would definitely book it again.

Beautiful home on the water! We absolutely loved staying at the Villa Plantation, it made the perfect home base for our family vacation. It was truly one of our best vacations ever because we were so comfortable on the property and able to relax and enjoy the pool and ocean. The kitchen is well stocked, and we enjoyed cooking on the high-end appliances or BBQing and eating dinner outside with a view of the canal each night. The layout of the home is great for hosting a family or group of friends - with a great room, high ceilings, and open space. I highly recommend renting a boat through CoralVilla too! Having your own boat on the private dock just footsteps away is true luxury. We went on the boat every day! The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend! We can't wait to go back!

It is a great location and a beautiful home.
This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. It is very clean, very spacious and well equipped with everything you could need to cook meals in but the location is also close to great restaurants as well. This vacation property will not disappoint!
Anja was extremely helpful and friendly when checking with us upon arrival and checking out. We had a wonderful week at CoralVilla and we will be back!
