Description
A villa in a prime residential location, south-facing with a frontal water view down the entire canal. Dolphins and manatees pass by here regularly. Very good boat location with a short route to the river without bridges.
On 2 floors you will find ample space, as well as on the large pool deck. In total, the villa offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor are the large master bedroom with adjoining bathroom, the spacious living room with kitchen, as well as another bathroom, which you can also access from the pool.
For music and movie fans, we have installed a speaker system in the living area. The relaxation sofas in the living room are perfect for TV evenings with the large TV and surround sound system – pure cinema feeling. On the 2nd On the upper floor there are 3 more bedrooms, one of which has access to the large balcony, and another bathroom with shower and bathtub. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV.
The villa offers enough space to spend your vacation with two families. Thanks to the many different areas inside and outside, everyone can find their own retreat to relax. As in all our villas, the kitchen is fully equipped. Nespresso machine available. A large pool with a whirlpool awaits you, offering a great view over the water. The saltwater pool can be electrically heated and is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. In principle, it is a freshwater pool without chlorine. You are guaranteed to have no more irritated eyes.
In addition to the outdoor dining table, you have plenty of loungers and a BBQ grill for great barbecue evenings. You also have a great view from the boat dock, where you can make yourself comfortable. Two kayaks are available for you to explore the area from the water.
In addition to the good house amenities, you will also find beach chairs, a cooler, and beach equipment for your excursions in the garage.
The first-class location of Villa Plantation is also worth highlighting. Within walking distance is Camelot Park with free tennis courts, BBQ stations/pavilions, and a beautiful playground. Cape Harbour is also located directly nearby, the modern and beautifully designed marina with several restaurants, an ice cream parlor, evening live music, and much more. Always worth a visit! A supermarket (Publix) and some restaurants are also within walking distance.
A boat rental is recommended!!! In Florida, no boating license is required to, for example, visit the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. You can find the boats to choose from directly on our website. In the booking, you can then select the boat you want directly.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas.

The villa is located south of the Cape Coral Parkway. You can be on the river in less than 5 minutes by boat.

About 30 minutes from Fort Myers Airport and 2 hours from Tampa to the house. 2.5 hours to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World and Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with a yacht club. The best-known beaches, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island, can also be reached in 35 minutes. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The nearest large supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Large shopping mall and outlet stores in 20 min. The Sun Splash water park is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.

We loved it!
A must book home! We had an amazing time at this property. The entire house was impeccably clean, the bed and sheets were super comfortable, and all the decor, furnishings, and everyday household items like cutlery, cups, etc were in perfect condition. You can tell how well kept this rental property is. Property management was quick to address any of our questions. Our only suggestion would be to have an outdoor speaker in case you want to have music playing only in the patio, but if you don’t mind music playing throughout the house, the speaker sound system in the living room is perfect and music can be heard in the pool without a problem. This property deserves all the star ratings available and I would definitely book it again.

Beautiful home on the water! We absolutely loved staying at the Villa Plantation, it made the perfect home base for our family vacation. It was truly one of our best vacations ever because we were so comfortable on the property and able to relax and enjoy the pool and ocean. The kitchen is well stocked, and we enjoyed cooking on the high-end appliances or BBQing and eating dinner outside with a view of the canal each night. The layout of the home is great for hosting a family or group of friends - with a great room, high ceilings, and open space. I highly recommend renting a boat through CoralVilla too! Having your own boat on the private dock just footsteps away is true luxury. We went on the boat every day! The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend! We can't wait to go back!

It is a great location and a beautiful home.
This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. It is very clean, very spacious and well equipped with everything you could need to cook meals in but the location is also close to great restaurants as well. This vacation property will not disappoint!
Anja was extremely helpful and friendly when checking with us upon arrival and checking out. We had a wonderful week at CoralVilla and we will be back!
