In the pleasant village of Brixen im Thale, next to the Sporthotel, you will find the "Residenz Edelalm", a small apartment complex built in 2016.

The cable car to the "SkiWelt" ski area is only a few minutes away. Here you can take the lift to the Westendorf ski area or on the other side to the High Brixen ski area.
The ski bus stops right outside the door. The "Tanzer" descent (1c) ends a few dozen meters from the flat. The railway station is a short distance away.

Flat Top 2 is located on the ground floor. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms with toilet, as well as a separate additional toilet.
A large, sunny balcony with a sitting area runs along the entire back of the house (facing south!). The flat has its own room with a washing machine and dryer, and it is possible to store skis and ski boots.

Parking/charging station: Top 2 has 2 parking spaces, one of which is under a carport with its own charging station for electric cars. This can be used in consultation with the caretaker. Charging fees for electric or hybrid cars are always based on consumption and are calculated separately on the basis of Austrian prices.

Connection to the ski bus was ok. From the Tanzerabfahrt about 100 meters to the house. What annoyed us is that the Whng has no ski boot drying. Beds were very hard. Kind regards

Nice apartment, great facilities, everything was great. But the underfloor heating in the bathrooms was not. unfortunately no feedback from the manager on site. Too little hacking as always to hang up jackets, etc. No ski boot dryer and mount for the skis in the basement. Easy cheap beds, but otherwise the apartment was very stylishly furnished.

Beautiful spacious apartment with 2 parking spaces, 1 with charging station. Is located on the main road of Brixem im Thale, so the traffic can be heard well (no problem for us). Good central location for outings. Clear house rules that ensure peace of mind. Nice that there is an option to wash. One point for improvement is the speed of the WiFi.

From Feb 19 to Feb 26 2022 we stayed in Top 2 of Residenz Edelalm. A great apartment with a nice sitting area in the kitchen. Only the seat of the sofa was partly re-upholstered by means of a cloth and secured by means of a steel tube. This was partly loose and there were also 2 screws sticking out. We were able to wrap the cloth around the tube to cover the sharp parts. The bedrooms are spacious with good beds. Only the blankets are very short. Bathrooms looked neat. No ski boot heaters seen in the ski room. All in all a top apartment. We really enjoyed it!

Beautiful super clean apartment with good beds good showers etc! Friendly manager. In the beautiful village everything is for sale. (The only downside is no freezer in the fridge.)

The arrival was well arranged we could already go in because we arrived earlier. The owner was an acquaintance and that was nice to see him. The accommodation was fine and clean 1 minus point was there was no freezer compartment in the fridge available but otherwise there was enough for us for 6 people so a must for 6 to 8 people.the environment was known to us but it is a beautiful environment.

On arrival we were kindly received by the manager and we found a very clean apartment. The apartment clearly corresponds to the photos and has a beautiful dining kitchen and south-facing balcony. Given the location and the view of the apartment, the price / performance ratio is very good.

On arrival, the code of the key box was received by telephone and after 10 minutes the manager was on the sidewalk. The accommodation was in one word great new, clean and fantastically furnished. Suitable for 10 people with two bathrooms and a separate toilet, a lovely balcony and a fantastic kitchen. There was a lot to do Salzburg, tobogganing, mountain skiers, gorges, panorama roads, swimming in mountain lakes and of course hiking in the mountains. Still a few dots in the apartment thin curtains, no curtains in the kitchen making it very hot, no full mirror but little weird mirrors where you could not make up, no drying rack and the separation of waste was completely unclear.

The house on sight is beautiful but is on a busy thoroughfare which makes you feel like the car's coming into the bedroom. The mattresses were very hard, so 4 out of 6 people had sore hips. If the house was on a quiet The place was beautiful. The surroundings are beautiful but Brixen is no longer a supermarket and at most 3 restaurants along a road that fell.

Wonderful and very fully equipped house in Brixen. Was a great place to stay with z "n 10" and (group of friends). Owner Hans is very helpful with any questions or comments. Definitely recommended! Connection Skiwelt Brixen is perfect, bus stops outside the house if you are going with a small group, otherwise the bus stop 100m walk. Connect with other areas is also good, buses to include Kithbühel stop pracktisch the house, train goes around the corner and a taxi is only pp 4-5euro .. Highly recommended is for +/- 30euro more AllStar a ticket (2750km piste ) to take and also agree to explore the area Kirchber! This is easily accessible by the Ki-West slopes (part westendorf) and a free ski bus connection (4min) .overall, the house and the ski area are a must!

The apartment was, in a word, lovely. It is from a Dutch owner so TV Dutch and Netflix Dutch are great for the little ones. It is very cozy in the village and with the tennis courts view from your balcony you always have something to see. We are not ready there so next year we go go there again.
