Description
Our holiday home offers three modern, comfortably furnished bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor with a double bed and two others on the first floor
The main bathroom with shower and washing machine is on the ground floor, another with WC and washbasin is on the ground floor.
A cosy, large living-dining area with open beams invites you to cook and sit together. In the reading corner you can also enjoy a few quiet hours with an exciting book and a good bottle of wine.
For the evenings, there is a flatscreen TV, but also some board games and books. In the evening, the nearby dike invites you to take a short walk into the harbour to end the day with a nice cold beer.
Even our smallest guests will feel comfortable in the available travel cot and high chair
The large garden and the quiet location of the holiday home offer plenty of opportunities to relax.

Location and surroundings of object
In Greetsiel, the main tourist town of the Krummhörn holiday region, the largest shrimp cutter fleet in East Frisia is located in the typical East Frisian Sielhafen harbour. A total of 27 cutters are moored here in front of the harbour is framed by the historic gabled houses from the 17th and 18th centuries and invites you to linger with its numerous shops and restaurants
The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with direct access to the dyke. You can reach the harbour in a few minutes on foot, and the public bathing beach is practically around the corner. A nice walk over the dike will take you to the nearby Pilsum lighthouse, known from numerous films
The town centre and shopping facilities as well as the spa centre are also within walking distance of our holiday home.

Gerne immer wieder
Waren schon mehrfach da und kommen gerne immer wieder. Man kann den Ort gut über den Deich zu Fuß erreichen und auch sonst war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

War eine schöne Zeit
Alles sehr unkompliziert bei der Übergabe des Schlüssels.
Das Haus gefiel uns sehr gut, wir konnten sehr gut entspannen.
Der Service vor Ort war top.
Man kann in der Gegend um Greetsiel sehr gut Fahrrad fahren.

Schönes Haus in idyllischer Lage
Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, toll ausgestattet, mit ruhigem kleinen Garten und direkt hinter dem Deich gelegen sowie zentrumnah. Der Kontakt zur Vermietung und Verwaltung war sehr gut, zügig und zuvorkommend.

Viel Deko-wenig Qualität
Schönes Haus, welches leider sehr einfach ausgestattet ist. E-Geräte billigst. Im Haus hat man das Gefühl, in einer in die Jahre gekommenen IKEA-Ausstellung zu wohnen. Sehr enge Bebauung drumherum.
Trotz Corona war das Haus sehr nachlässig gereinigt.

die Einrichtung des Hauses entspricht genau den Fotos. Schade, dass sich Ihr Geschmack innerhalb von 4 Wochen so ändert. Sie haben eine zentrale Lage in Greetsiel gebucht und erwarten ein Haus in Alleinlage???? Eigentlich ist doch die Funktionalität der Elektrogeräte wichtig und nicht die Marke.
Wir haben uns- gerade in Coronazeiten- viel Mühe gegeben, Ihnen ein sauberes und wohnliches Haus zu vermieten. Sie haben uns einen Saustall hinterlassen.

Lovingly furnished
We spent a few nice days here with our walking-impaired mother.
Since one bedroom and the bathroom are on the ground floor, it worked out wonderfully. We felt very comfortable. The house is lovingly furnished.
Everything you need was there
However, there was one small drawback: the cushions for the garden chairs urgently need to be replaced. Unfortunately, they were extremely dirty. We couldn't get a replacement quickly. However, we were immediately given bath towels to put over them. Praise for the on-site service!
