Well-equipped apartment with highlights!

The apartment is located directly on the dike and very centrally. Everything can be reached in just a few minutes by bike. Everything is available that would usually need to be brought along. That’s when one gladly leaves things they have bought behind.
It is stylishly decorated in a maritime theme, which fits very well with the location! There is no balcony or terrace, but there is a beach chair on the beach promenade on the other side of the dike. A dream to watch the sunset and the passing ships in the evening! The absolute highlight! It was also great to have contact with the landlord, Mrs. Braun. We were able to leave our luggage upon arrival at 11:00 AM, even though the apartment was only ready for occupancy from 4:00 PM. Super!

Great apartment - Great vacation

The vacation apartment corresponded exactly to the description on the internet. Even though it is not large in terms of square meters, it is so optimally furnished that we never felt cramped. The kitchenette is equipped with all the things you know from home. We lacked nothing. The highlight is the beach chair belonging to the apartment, which is located on the beach promenade. We used it every day, sometimes several times a day. Conclusion: Another vacation on Norderney will always lead us to rent this holiday apartment. I also want to mention the friendly and warm manner of the landlady, Mrs. Braun. Many thanks.

FeWo Strandkorb - the name says it all

A super-beautiful, excellently equipped apartment in the 1st row. Short distances in all directions, especially to the house's own beach chair. Very friendly, reliable contact with Mrs Braun and the flat literally invites you to another holiday.
We would love to come back anytime.
Even though the swimming pool was not available because of Corona, this did not detract from the flat. Modern and cosy at the same time, perfect for 2 people!

Interesting Attractions

You can easily reach Norderney by ferry from Norddeich-Mole. This paradisiacal North Sea island is particularly known for its beaches and dunes. So, it's best to book a vacation apartment right by the sea! From there, you can also easily reach one of the most beautiful viewpoints at Cape Norderney.

You can also enjoy a breathtaking view over the entire island and the Wadden Sea from the 54-meter-high Great Norderney Lighthouse. It can be visited for €3.50 and is open daily from 2 to 4 PM between April and October. (As of August 2023)

Another must-see is the Observatory, which opens its doors to visitors every Tuesday from 7:30 to 10 PM (As of August 2023). There, you can observe the stars or walk along the Planet Path, where you will playfully gain new knowledge about our solar system.

A lasting highlight on the North Sea island is the Wadden Sea. Since 2009, it has been a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site. This habitat is home to about 4000 different animal and plant species. Don't miss a guided tour!

Event Highlights on Norderney

Between the end of May and the beginning of June, the annual International Film Festival Emden-Norderney takes place. There, international representatives from film and television meet to celebrate the year's highlights and award special prizes. For athletes, the White-Sands-Festival on Pentecost weekend is of interest. The German Windsurf Cup and a beach volleyball cup are held.
