Everything was fine, the facilities were good and there was everything you need. The 4 stars refer not to the basic cleanliness of the house but rather to small details. Cobwebs around the ceiling lights and on some room ceilings, dusty dishes in a cupboard above the refrigerator that probably haven't been used in a long time.

Unfortunately, one star had to be deducted because the underfloor heating in the bathroom did not work at all. And the towel heater only got lukewarm. It was cold, and showering and washing were only possible with a lot of effort. This house is therefore not recommended in winter. Otherwise, everything was great!!!
