Description
This beautiful ground floor holiday flat for 4 people is stylishly furnished and located in a quiet street with East Frisian flair near the twin mills. It is only a few minutes' walk to the centre and fishing harbour.
The non-smoking flat is equipped with tiles and laminate flooring suitable for allergy sufferers and has pleasant floor heating in the living area and bathroom. There are fly screens in all rooms.
The spacious living-dining area with beautiful bay window (privacy screen - pleated blinds) leaves nothing to be desired:
A comfortable sofa, a large SAT TV (40 inch) with DVD/CD/USB, a collection of books and games provide relaxation and entertainment. The modern kitchen offers a wide range of equipment, e.g. oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg boiler, high-quality pots, table grill and other varied cooking and baking utensils.
New: free wifi!
One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m), a wardrobe with sliding doors and a TV (32 inch). The second bedroom has 2 single beds + wardrobe. The bedrooms are equipped with external blinds, high-quality mattresses and blankets, as well as adjustable slatted frames + additional fleece blankets ensure your well-being.
There is a beautiful shower room (shower with flat entry) with towel radiator and hairdryer. The additional guest WC is practical. Washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board are available.
A high chair is available free of charge. A travel cot can be rented on site for a fee. The main rooms are equipped with smoke detectors.
The terrace with high-quality furnishings, as well as an 80 sqm garden with 2 sun loungers ensure relaxing hours in the sun. There is a garden shed, 2 bicycles (at your own risk and without guarantee) to explore the surroundings.
A parking space is of course also included.

Modern apartment to feel good
Centrally located apartment with a beautiful large garden (only a few minutes' walk from the town center). The apartment was very clean and stylishly furnished. The apartment is located in a quiet street and you can simply switch off and relax. I would recommend it again and again!

Time out to wind down
Lovely details, such as landscape photographs made by the landlord himself, characterize the very well-equipped and functionally furnished holiday apartment. Two bedrooms, bicycles, two televisions, as well as a terrace with a lawn offer various possibilities to relax in a quiet side street and beautiful surroundings or to spend an active holiday. Historic town center, various dining options for all tastes, nature reserve, lighthouse, and proximity to water: what more could you need?
