The semi-detached houses offer you:
- quiet holidays with a view of the dikes and fields a few minutes' walk to the picturesque centre of Greetsiel
- two living units of 95sqm each on two floors, with conservatory/ sun shade, fireplace, balcony, terrace, garden and parking space
- a new kitchenette (renovated in 2017) with 4-ceramic hob, microwave, oven and complete household equipment with crockery, pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, toaster, kettle, coffee machine etc. Those who like to cook even on holiday will be pleased with the well-equipped kitchen.

- a living-dining area with 6-person dining table and living room settee with reading chair and footstool.
- 2 bedrooms with blackout for 2 persons each, in the living area a sofa bed (2x2m). A children's travel bed is available free of charge
- 2 bathrooms with shower and WC. There is a washing machine in the downstairs bathroom. The downstairs bathroom of house 7 is completely renovated and has a floor-deep shower and underfloor heating. The renovation of the bathroom on the ground floor of house 9 will take place in November 2020
The conservatories and terraces face southwest. Here you can sit comfortably no matter what the weather. Comfortable seating furniture with table, deck chair and sun lounger are available for our guests.
Bicycles or prams can be stored in a lockable shed. Here you will also find a trolley, which can be used to do a larger shopping trip to the supermarket without the hassle of lugging it around. Meanwhile, the car can stay in the parking space!

Arrive and feel comfortable.
We spent a little break in this charming house during the Easter holidays, which is equipped with everything you could wish for. We particularly enjoyed sitting in the conservatory. The day started there with sunshine at breakfast and in the evening, we could end the day with the sunset. The parking lot was also right at the house. Just wonderful!

We bought the holiday home in 2013 out of our love for the north, so that we could occasionally take time out with family and friends in Greetsiel. The good condition of our house with comfortable and modern furniture, well-equipped kitchens, new gas boilers and a well-kept garden is very important to us We like to rent and are happy to have contact with our guests. Over the years we can look back on a high number of regular guests. We are always pleased to hear in the guest book or in personal conversations that our efforts to improve the house have met with a positive response from our guests. On site, our housekeeper takes care of the well-being of the holidaymakers by preparing the house, handing out the spa cards, doing small (if necessary!) repairs and cleaning the house after departure. Our guests are warmly welcome and we strive as a team to make their stay at Diekster Huus a wonderful holiday time.
